Welcome to the Beach Bungalow 2. This cozy 2-bedroom 1 bath duplex is full of natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped, whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a gourmet feast, this well-appointed kitchen has everything you need to create culinary delights. The adjacent dining area provides an ideal setting for intimate meals with family or friends. After spending your day exploring the beach, come back and relax in the cozy living room. Furnished with 2 bedrooms on the main level, the primary and guest bedroom have queen beds allowing this home to comfortably sleep up to 4 people. Step outside to the backyard oasis, where you'll find a private pool shared between 2 units, outdoor space perfect for entertaining or simply enjoying the beautiful Florida weather. Relax on the patio, host a barbecue, or soak up the sun in the lushly landscaped yard. You can rent this home together or just one of the units.

Welcome to Fort Myers Beach! There are multiple state parks nearby that are waiting for your adventures. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. If a day trip is what you are looking for check out the Key West Express for an unforgettable trip to Key West. Don’t forget to see Sanibel Lighthouse which is less than 15 miles away! Please note that the area is currently rebuilding after Hurricane Ian. Despite the changes, the island continues to get better and better, inviting you to bask in the sun, sand, and amazing sunsets once again. As local restaurants continue to reopen, you'll have lots of opportunities for entertainment and dining experiences. We're excited to welcome you back.

Comfortable and quiet stay

Nice and quiet, comfortable furnishings. Easy walk to quiet beach. Would highly recommend renting bikes to get to restaurants and nightlife… too far to walk and the traffic gets bad.

We enjoyed our stay here. Everything seemed new, nice location. Short walk to the beach. Enjoyed the lanai, but the seating could be a little more comfortable.

Beds terrible

The place was decent except the beds were terrible. Murphy bed horrible to sleep in. Squeaks when you move. Beds were too small, not queens as advertised. Won’t stay here again

Yearly Sun Chasers Trip

The location of the Bungalow was great, a 5 min walk to the beach, 30 minute walk to the downtown area. Beach chairs were provided. The rental was clean. Communication with the staff was good, responsive to questions. Beds were comfortable. There were 3 of us and the lower unit was very nice to give us space from each other and different sleeping patterns (one likes TV on to fall asleep). Cons: operating the heating of pool/spa was tricky. laminated instructions would be helpful, seemed it was a lot of clicking and always a different sequence. This was our first time at a rental that did not provide basics such as toilet paper, garbage bags, and condiments. When asked about this, I was told a starter package (1.5 toilet paper, 1 garbage bag, 2 dishwasher and laundry) was explained in my welcome email. I re read all my communications and the rental portal and could not find this information. I suggest putting it in a more accessible area, like the check out instructions. Very inconvenient to purchase stuff and try to haul back via luggage and air transport. Disposed many useable items and food, very wasteful.

Beach Bungalow 2

We arrived after dark on 4-26-25 at 9:47 P.M. It was very dark around most of the property with no lights to walk up the stairs or by the doors to see the lock pad. We had trouble getting the code to open the door. We called the after hours number. There was no answer and no return call to help us! We finally figured out the code. Sunday morning we woke up to a green pool..We had an I pad to control the pool and hot tub. The pool was not working properly. I called Sun Palace. We were told that the pool company probably weren't available on Sundays. The pool company came Monday but we missed them. The pool was still green. We called Sun Palace Vacations again and was told the pool company would come back out on Tuesday. A man came out and said it didn't seem to be working properly, he checked the chlorine and skimmed the pool. The pool was still greenish and had a lot of dust from construction next door. Wednesday, a repair man came and changed 2 filters and repaired the pool. The pool was never vacuumed. We finally could use the hot tub and pool on Thursday of our vacation after 4:00 P.M. after construction was over for the day.. From Monday through Friday there was construction on a house right next to the pool and hot tub. We found things to do during the day because it was so loud. We understand this construction was necessary after the hurricane. Bungalow 2 should never have been rented during this construction! This was an awful vacation!
