Well-Maintained, fenced, Pet-Friendly West End Beach House – Coastal Retreat!

Welcome to our family-friendly vacation home in Sunset Beach! This charming west end beauty is the perfect getaway for multiple families or couples. Every bedroom is beautifully decorated with a custom beach theme, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Our spacious house provides ample room for kids to be kids and adults to relax. The great room allows everyone to come together whenever they please, while still offering privacy when desired. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare gourmet meals or quick snacks, and there's a pantry to store all your food supplies.

Spread across three levels, our home features 5 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, offering over 2000 square feet of living area. On the main level, you'll find the primary bedroom with a comfortable king-sized bed, a ceiling fan, and access to the front screened-in porch. The full bathroom in the hall features a shower and bathtub.

The third floor boasts three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 offers a king bed, ceiling fan, and a cozy sitting area. Bedroom 2 features a queen bed, ceiling fan, and access to a private balcony. Bedroom 3 is perfect for the kids, with two twin beds and a ceiling fan. There's also a full bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and sink on this floor.

The bottom level has a spacious area for kids and teens, which was renovated in 2022 to create a large room with a queen bed that can serve as a 5th bedroom. Additionally, this level includes a large bathroom and a brand new full-size washer and dryer. For some added fun, open the garage door and enjoy a game of ping pong or air hockey!

Three of the bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs and cable TV, and the entire house offers high-speed WiFi internet access. In 2022, the garage was opened up in the back, and an outdoor shower was added for your convenience.

The open concept great room, dining area, and kitchen feature vaulted 18-foot ceilings, plenty of windows, and ceiling fans to provide ample light and cool comfort. There's also a screened-in porch with a ceiling fan and a mini fridge for your enjoyment.

Our vacation home is just a short walk away from the beach access at the end of the street. You can easily hit the beach, return for lunch, and head back with ease. The lower level bathroom provides convenient restroom access.
