Stunning Oceanfront Home with Resort-Style Amenities!
Treat yourself and your family with this beautiful and large resort-style oceanfront home!
The chef-inspired kitchen is enormous and nicely updated. Features include a large gas stove, island for ample preparation space, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry and a bar which can seat a few guests. Just off of the kitchen is a breakfast nook with seating for five.
Adjacent to the kitchen is the formal dining area. The dining table comfortably seats eight guests.
Throughout the home there are several entertainment spaces such as three living areas/dens (all with HDTVs) and a large and open 'game area' with a pool table and a bar!
This elegantly-designed home features five bedrooms and/or suites. The primary suite boasts a king bed, HDTV, en-suite primary bathroom and a private balcony from which you can take in the Atlantic Ocean with a morning cup of coffee! The primary bathroom has a granite topped double-sink vanity, large sunken tub and a separate custom-tiled walk-in shower.
The second bedroom consists of a king bed, HDTV and its own en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom contains a queen bunk bed set, meaning both the top and bottom bunk have a queen mattress! An HDTV and an en-suite bathroom complete this space. The fourth bedroom has a king bed, HDTV and en-suite bathroom with a custom- tiled walk-in shower. The fifth bedroom has two double beds, an HDTV and an en-suite bathroom that consists of a custom-tiled tub and shower combination.
The top floor of the home has a porch that runs along the length of the home which faces the Atlantic Ocean! The views are second to none. There are several seating options including outdoor dining and lounging.
Enjoy your very own private pool and spa located directly on the oceanfront! There is a private walkway which guests can use to cross the sand dunes to the Atlantic Ocean! Having a family vacation could not be any easier when these amenities are all at your fingertips!
The spa and pool can be heated (June 1st - October 1st) for an additional fee.
The elevator is not for guest use.
