Forget your worries in this spacious and modern bungalow. Enjoy leisurely walks on our private beach and check out the beautiful sunrises. Meet up with friends at the beach Rancho for drinks or if you are athletic enjoy the many activities like beach volleyball, tennis, pickle ball or golf. We also have Zumba, Yoga and a fitness studio within our community. Horseback riding, tours to Tortuga Islands, trails to waterfalls and amazing beaches as well as the Curu Wildlife Refuge are nearby.
The space
Brisas Villa #27 is unique as we have many upgrades with a custom backyard that features a waterfall wall, corner gazebo and extra green space. It is the perfect place to relax, unwind and entertain yourself. We have added blackout curtains in the master bedroom and a soft mattress topper so you can catch up on your sleep in luxury. The villa has an air-conditioner in each bedroom and two in the main area, with their own temperature controls.

Granite countertops in the kitchen, with ceramic backsplash and under counter lighting to add ambiance. Glass sliding doors to your own private pool and backyard patio from both the main part of the house as well as from the Master bedroom.

This villa will comfortably fit 2 Couples. One in master bedroom that has a king size bed and the other in the second bedroom with a queen size bed. The third bedroom has bunk beds with double bed on the bottom and single bed top that would be ideal for children.
