Step outside the apartment and straight into the action, with endless dining and entertainment options for all hours of the day.

Inside the apartment you can expect bright and modern interiors with plenty of space to feel at home. The open plan living and dining area includes a spacious sofa, smart TV (replete with Netflix) and six person dining table where you can sit down to a meal at home or catch up on work.

There is high-speed WiFi throughout the entire apartment and reverse cycle air conditioning to keep you comfortable.

The gourmet gully kitchen has everything you need to cook up a storm. It's fitted with a stylish stainless steel gas stove and oven, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, cooking utensils and essential pantry items.

At the end of a busy day relax in the luxurious king-sized bed, topped with five-star linens for a good night's sleep. There is abundant wardrobe space for storing your belongings and hanging clothes.

The generous modern ensuite bathroom features a classy walk-in shower, toilet and vanity with complimentary amenities to enjoy during your stay. There is a compact and concealed internal laundry area with a washing machine and dryer for guests to use during their stay.
During your stay you will have the entire apartment to yourself. Please make yourself at home!

On the edge of the CBD, Haymarket is home to Sydney’s Chinatown and bound by Darling Harbour and Central Station. It’s renowned for its excellent dining scene, spanning fine dining to dumpling bars, hidden food halls and Asian grocers. Market City is home to factory outlets and famous Paddy’s Markets (Wednesday-Sunday) on the ground floor – known for its Australian souvenirs. Catch a performance at the historic Capital Theatre, walk across The Goods Line through Ultimo, see Darling Harbour and if you’re travelling with the kids don’t miss SEA Life Sydney Aquarium. Sample delicious street food such as yum cha, teppanyaki and pho at the Sydney Chinatown Markets open each Friday.

Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.

~Long Stays~
Stays of 21 days or more will incur an additional $120 fee, charged separately, to cover the cost of a deep clean and maintain the property's cleanliness after an extended stay. In-stay cleans are available for $275 and include a full cleaning service with professionally laundered fresh linen.

~ Baby Items ~
There is a portable travel cot available at the property which we can set up for you if requested. Unless specified, the portable travel cot will be placed in the primary bedroom of the property.
Note that our portable travel cots do not come with linens (sheets) or pillows. You would need to supply these items yourself. The property also has a highchair available, which we can have set up for you if requested.

~ Tiny Visitors ~
Sydney is a warm, urban city, and occasionally a bug or two may find its way inside, sometimes through a window or balcony door. This property has been professionally treated at the start of summer and a spray is provided as a backup. This can occur and is quite common in city homes, and does not reflect the cleanliness of the property.

Sustainable, refillable toiletries are provided and are intended to be reused, not discarded. These items help reduce single-use plastic waste. If any bottles are thrown away or removed, replacement costs will be charged to the guest.
