Property was perfect for our party of 13 ladies. Very clean. Pool was wonderful! Parking accommodations worked out great!. Beds and linens comfortable. We had a wonderful experience. Highly recommend.

Angie, thirteen ladies under one roof and the parking still sorted itself out, that makes my day. The pool is the heart of that place, and the housekeeping crew takes real pride in how the beds and linens turn out, so I'm glad it showed. Next time you round up the group, ask us about reserving the pavilion for an evening. It gives you a shaded spot for dinner and cards once everyone's dried off, and it keeps the whole party together. We had a fantastic stay! The houses are very comfortable and have most everything you need. My only personal request as a guest would be one full length mirror in each house and one steamer somewhere for clothes. We would definitely book Cozi again in the future.

Weatherly, you already know you want to come back, so let's make sure the house is ready for you. A full-length mirror and a clothing steamer are both going in, and honestly those are the kind of practical touches that should have been there from the start. Next time you visit, the Hill Country wildflowers in spring are worth planning a trip around if you have not seen them from the porch yet. We will have everything set for you!

Our group of 12 stayed at The Grove to stay at while for tasting in the area. The location was as described. Very clean and well equipped. Several in our group suggested we make this trip and rental an annual trip. Very comfortable too. Was a little worried about parking but once we arrived, realized there was more than enough room for everyone to park. Highly recommend this VRBO.

Perfect Property

This place is amazing! All 4 houses were immaculate and perfect for our needs. We had a large group in town for a wedding and we all had plenty of space. Location is walking distance to Main Street which was ideal for us. Highly recommend!!

Rented this property for a trip for a mini class reunion. Worked out great for the group. We each had our own private rooms while having the larger home as a space for us to make meals and dine together. The pool area was absolutely gorgeous and so much fun to relax in. We were also close to eveything! Restaurants, shops and pubs were all within walking distance. I would have liked a book or info sheet about the property that was on-site though as it was a bit of a challenge figuring out how to operate the jacuzzi and find the wifi. Other than that it was an amazing propety to stay at and I would highly recommend it!

This place is a true gem in the heart of Fredericksburg!! We had 10 ladies in our group and the space was perfect for us to be together but also have our own space. We had an issue with hot water and electrical in one of the units but it was remedied within a few hours while we were away. You are walkable to Main St. shopping, Signor winery is directly behind you and Crossroads Steakhouse and Saloon is also a short walk away. We are excited for the pool going in and can’t wait to re-book for next years trip!!!

The facilites were very clean and in good shape. Two minor issues, the kitchen could have been stocked with more than one kitchen towel. the WiFi for the TV's was slow, often times dropping the signal. For the most part, everything was very nice.
