Wonderful Getaway

The room was as described and the views were amazing. Communicating with the Host was also easy and pleasant. We would recommend this unit to family, friends, etc.

Breathtaking view

The view of the ocean was amazing and for the most part is was a comfortable stay. There are overall property updates needed (elevators, hallways and the murky pools). The unit can stand some sprucing up also (vents cleaned, paint & furniture updates, replace rotted accessories in the bathrooms in order to keep the title "luxury" rental.

Wonderful Stay with a view

Took my husband and 85yo mother to the beach for the new year. The location on the top floor gave us wonderful views of the beach and 'city' Sunrise and Sunset pictures were spectacular. Unit is as advertised with 2br/2bth. The back king room has its own balcony to the side of the building. Both bedrooms have direct access to full baths. The parking garage is a block over but returning at night I didn't not run into any issues or feel uncomfortable since it was off season and rather cold there were very few people out and about. We will be staying here again!!!

Our stay

The views of this place is nice but there is a lot of negatives. There were wires hanging from a smoke detector. There was absolutely no ammeniites. To get a cup of coffee you have to go to the hotel across the street. If you have a late flight you’re stuck going to the airport because checkout is at 10. Although they accommodated an extra hour which really did not help much.,if they states they did not have a concierge this would have never been an issue. for what they charge I think is ridiculous.

Don’t book this condo if you want a great view of the beach, ocean, and the main section of the Grand Strand! Don’t book this condo if you want an exceptionally clean place to stay! Don’t book this condo if you want a central location in the Grand Strand! Don’t book this condo if you want any issues addressed immediately! For example: hair dryer did not work. I texted them to let them know and within two hours I had a new hair dryer delivered to me. Don’t book this condo if you want friendly property managers that actually answer your text messages within the hour! Don’t book this condo if you love pouring over all the different properties, trying to find the best one for your needs! Don’t book this condo if you want to stay somewhere you feel safe! If you are planning to visit Myrtle Beach, THIS is the place to stay! I will definitely be looking to stay here during my next visit! You should as well.

Could be better…

We arrived at the Penthouse and loved the view! The place overall was cute. However, there was a lot to be desired. The unit didn’t seem very clean, the washing machine didn’t work well and the dyer didn’t work at all. There was no tissues in the bathrooms, and the toilet paper was terrible. The dishwasher was dirty. And wet towels were left in the washing machine, despite clear instructions from the management about how to leave the property at check out. The unit also wasn’t very well appointed for families. There wasn’t any extra blankets, no games, and the kitchen was bare bones. The location is ok, but at least a mile from most attractions. Also, the parking is awkward because it’s fair away from the building and bringing anything back and forth was a task. Overall we wouldn’t stay there again.

The dryer in the unit was broken so that was less than desirable when we wanted to dry our towels but when contacting the owner they worked quickly to get maintenance to fix it but couldn’t be fixed during our stay.

Beds were comfy and great kitchen amenities. Penthouse floor was very quiet and peaceful so all could hear was the ocean waves. The Oceanview was 1000%! I would definitely stay here again. Only bad part was I caught something from someone on the plane and my last three days I was ill and could not enjoy beach. But my accommodations were so cozy. We just ordered in watched Netflix and chilled on cozy sofa and chair. I got penthouse for mom for her birthday. We still made the best of it but Great Property!
