Pet friendly family holiday

This bright and airy house is split over 2 levels and you will be staying in the downstairs, two bedroom apartment.
Relax with your family at this peaceful, comfortable, bright and open space where you will be able to enjoy panoramic view of Tahuna Beach and the whole Tasman Bay.
The house is located only 10 min relaxed walk from the beach and the beach itself is a real recreational paradise.

The space
This apartment has a homely feel, it is bright and full of light. It's not modern, but it has everything to keep you comfortable. The views are truly stunning and the sunsets are magnificent.

It has two spacious bedrooms, one with queen bed and one with two sets of bunks. On request we can provide baby cot or additional bedding for a sofa bed in the lounge.

The living area is specious, with a comfortable sofa/bed, a built in bench seat, comfy armchair, big smart TV and a coffee table.
Beautiful house plants, cushions, fluffy rug and ambient lighting give this place a homely feel.
It opens up to a balcony where you could sit down, relax and enjoy amazing views.

It's a space for the whole group to wind down after a day full of adventures, and after dark you can relax or have fun with the choice of books, board games or TV (Netflix provided).

Our kitchen has everything you need to cater for your group with ample tableware, pots and pans aplenty and small appliances including rice cooker and crock pot.
Kitchen has no dishwasher.

Separate dining area can sit 6 people.

Bathroom has shower, bath, basin and toilet in one space. Hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, hair drier and towels are provided.

Outside area is shared with our family.
You can use a BBQ, or have a lie down in the sun in a lovely garden. In the upper area of the garden you can use the fire pit and built in table for an outdoor dinner or after sunset bonfire and smores.

If you come with kids, they may want to say hello to our friendly chickens too:)

This property is not fenced so we recommend you supervise your children and pets at all times. We are the last house on the private driveway so you don't need to worry about traffic.

Fresh bedding will be provided for your convenience.

The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood with a real holiday feel. A cute little park with a playground and amazing views (perfect for a picnic) called Paddy's Knob can be found at the base of our driveway, from there you can take a 10 min stroll through a hidden passage to the beach.

Tahuna beach has lots to offer, in addition to all of the water activities, cafes, restaurants and bars you can also enjoy a hydro slide, BMX track, model railway, go-kart track, SUP and kayak rental, mini golf course, zoo, playground, skatepark, roller skating rink, laser tag course, trampoline park, sack slide, beach volleyball court and bumper boat park just a few steps away from the sand dunes.
