This property is located in the community of "Bella Terra" off Shea Blvd, east of Tatum Blvd in a great central Scottsdale location. Close to golf, hiking, restaurants, shopping and all the major events the valley of the sun has to offer. You will find a sparkling pool and hot tub to enjoy as well. Around the pool are BBQ's to use and a gym located in the clubhouse. This is a rare unit that offers a GARAGE w/ automatic opener!
