Este condominio está ubicado en las hermosas playas del Golfo de México en Panamá City Beach, Florida. Es en la Cumbre sobre la unidad de Thomas. Se encontrará a poca distancia de restaurantes, parques de atracciones, campos de golf, y mucho más. Parrillas se proporcionan en el sitio si te gusta cocinar al aire. También hay un tiki bar en la zona de la piscina que está cerca de la playa para que pueda obtener una bebida fría en cualquier momento sin salir de la propiedad.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Summit..-Pool closes at 8 for no reason.-1 elevator has been down for a while causing the wait to be 20 minutes or longer on the other elevator. -they let people put towels out to save chairs at the pool in the morning causing people that are actually there to sit to not have chairs. -beach gate code changes several times within the week without telling us so kids were locked out. -water was turned off at 9am in the middle of the week for maintenance. The Unit 316.. the floors were so dirty that our feet were black, the unit was filled with gnats, all of the appliances are loud and outdated, the dryer hung up several pieces of clothes and tore them during different drying cycles, the microwave is broken and rusted on the inside. We were able to work around these things during our visit but we're very disappointed for the price we paid. We've stayed at The Summit before but we're very unhappy about the whole property this year and won't stay there again. We were told that the pool and elevator problems have been going on for months and feel that we should have been told up front ! I had a very rough round of chemo 4 years ago that leaves me very worn out when I climb stairs. Thankfully, we were on the 3rd floor because we had to use the stairs almost every time.

Beautiful condo

Condo is beautiful, but the renovations were slabbed together and you can tell (like the floor boards not together and hangers not put in the wall studs.) Would definitely stay here again. Biggest issue wasn't the condo but the property itself, they lost their permit so no night swimming and the hot tub close at 7pm instead of 11 pm. Also the indoor hot tub was under maintenance but never saw one maintenance person in there doing work. However the maintenance people thought that painting around pools during day and shutting one down was best time for a paint job instead of waiting till after the pools were closed.

Good for last minute

This was great for a last minute booking, but unless if some minor things are fixed, we probably will not stay in this unit again. The washers sensor wasn’t working, so it would only fill the tank halfway regardless of how many clothes were in it. The dryer did not have a lint screen and ate several pieces of clothing, they were retrieved, but it was an inconvenience. The air conditioner registered at 92 decibels when it was on and was even louder when it rained. There are two toilets and one bath/shower combo, but to have the light on in the shower, the light outside of the bathroom over the sink in the master bedroom also has to be on. Also, be aware that there will be a 4% card processing fee that they may not tell you about until after you’ve paid the initial reservation fee. Some pros are that it included beach service, surfaces and bedding were clean, it was on the 3rd floor, and it overlooked the beautiful pool. This unit was right outside of the elevator, but it was never noisy, which was nice.

Beach great / Condo not so much

The beach was beautiful! Condo was clean but had several issues; the toilets had to be plunged every single time they were used, the mattress on the bed was terrible (so thin and hard), the dryer did not have a lint catcher so there was lint everywhere, the dryer makes a clanging sound, the HVAC system when running sounds like a pot of water boiling, boiling eggs. If these items were addressed I’d stay here again!

Black mold, poor appliances, etc…

The good: 1. Easiest check in I’ve ever had and crazy nice security, front desk, retail shop 2. Pool was very clean and for the most part kept people from blaring their radios. Security did a great job with the weather and clearing the pools for safety. 3. Exterior facilities clean and well maintained. 4. Beach chairs were nice add and guys on beach were very nice and respectful. THE BAD: 1. Black mold on ceiling in bathroom and bathroom fan where shower is located doesn’t work. Pull out sofa still have old linens on them and there were empty wrappers everywhere. 2. You are directly across from garbage chute and bedroom is on the interior of building close to the chute. Anytime (especially in the morning at 5am) garbage was dropped by anyone in the hotel it made a huge noise- windows were not sound proofed or anything extra- EVERY MORNING VERY EARLY. Didn’t bother us during the day but no sleeping late. 3. Yes there are 2 toilets but they are literally side by side with only a partition separating. It was very awkward when two people (not family) had to go at the same time. 3. You might get an10 minute hot shower as long as your the first one in everyone else gets a warm (at best)shower. 4. Appliances- old (but worked except dryer) and very loud- refrigerator ice maker starts making a noise like someone is knocking on the door. Dryer doesn’t work- I looked at it - doesn’t look like anyone has ever cleaned the lint trap and it is literally blocked all the way to exhaust hose. 5. Nails pointing out from under top bunk bed. 6. The following issues are small but good grief everything added up at this point: only 2 lamps had working bulbs we went and replaced them, sinks drained so slow you would have a full sink just from brushing your teeth, the curtains for the deck were sheet meaning if you slept on the pull out the sun was blaring thru. We will not return to this facility. We asked at front desk if another room was option but they told us it was sold out. We didn’t notice these things until we had unpacked and gotten settled. We did not call the management because honestly I’m on vacation and didn’t want to deal with the room getting renovated while I’m there or the thought of having to repack, load up car, unload car and unpack again. We worked around everything (using laundromats, etc…) but this room needs some serious work done

The condo

We have stayed in these condos before but not this particular one. It’s the first time we have ever had to actually clean everything when we got there. I understand housekeepers have lots to do before the next check in. The beds had been changed and were clean. The bathrooms had been wiped down but not cleaned. Floors had food and sand and had been swept behind the trash can and under the sofa and behind the nightstand in the bedroom. The unit was very nice but just need to do a better job of cleaning.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This location was disgusting. The toilets did not flush properly, sinks did not drain, the dryer got hot but did not dry clothes, and the remote for the tv could not be located during a 7 day stay. Calls to “management” were made and “tickets” we put in, but nothing was corrected. The entire building smelled like trash. They offered rusted grocery carts to get luggage to the room from vehicle. The staff in the office, store, bars, grounds were very rude and all appeared to really hate their jobs. If you want to visit Panama City beach there are other much nicer locations you can choose from for the same amount of money this place wants. As long as people continue to accept this poor quality nothing will change.

Late Winter Getaway

Property was as advertised. Nothing fancy, just a really nice place to stay. Perfect for wife and I, but a family with kids would work for them as well with the hallway bunks. View out the patio was great. Needs some TLC on a few areas such as bathroom doors, lighting, and recliner. Easy check-in and out. The additional money for parking and wrist bands is a pain. Had a problem with the beach chair company and ECDI. Beach chair guy was great and lack of communication from ECDI concerned me but was finally resolved. Location in the complex was perfect and the ability to use luggage racks and shopping cart was wonderful.
