The view from the room was beautiful! We didn't miss a sunset from the balcony. Wish the hot tub had been a little nicer but that's out of Kenny's control.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Summit is not what it use to be. The Summit property could use a good pressure wash on walkways and area around pool. Toilet in area where the shower is was not flushing. Did not work after maintenance attempted to repair.

The view was great and the condo was clean but the bed was very uncomfortable. It sinks in the middle. Definitely needs a new mattress. Hard to cook breakfast without a good pan. Should update skillet to a larger non stick pan. The building is dated and the elevator had an awful smell. Doubt we will stay there again.

Great trip, perfect accommodations! The included chairs & umbrella on the beach was fantastic! Check in took a little while as far as getting parking pass & arm bands but that’s just part of it. Will absolutely be back!

Loved the view of the ocean from the balcony. Having the rented chairs and umbrella on the beach was so nice. With 2 young kids the condo was a little tight. There wasn’t a lot of extra room to put their suitcases and things since their beds were in the hall but we made it work. The main bedroom was spacious enough. I think we will look for a larger place in the future. But this condo is plenty of space for 2 people.

Not as clean as it should have been.

Bedding was disgusting and they had to replace it before we would stay. Couches need replacing as they were very dirty as well. Owner needs to realize that you have to replace things periodically.

Reviewer Comments: The economy was very clean very nice hit plenty of room right next to the elevator which was convenient Came with 2 beach chairs on the beach on the downside as that you had to go down there every morning and reserve youreceipts at 8 AM at 8 AM

Great facility!

Would highly recommend- rooms are very nice and location in great. Despite check-in being at 4pm we learned the hard way that they prefer you arrive before 4pm to check in- they just won’t allow you into the room until 4pm. That’s my only complaint. We arrived at 4:30pm for check in and the front desk was already closed for the day. So we were given temporary tags and had to go down the following morning for check in. Kenny was great with communication and answering questions throughout our booking.

Nice property

The condo had what we needed for a good vacation. Beach chairs included with the stay was a big plus! Private beach and nice staff. Easy to find parking on property and security. The 2 pools are spacious and you didn’t feel like you were shoulder to shoulder with your neighbor. :) Small market, ice cream avail., bag ice on site, Tiki Bar available and Bikini Bobs grill for lunch-all onsite.

Loved the amenities.

Love the amenities. Loved the decor. Could not fined local channels on tv so could not watch my soaps. Most part it was clean but my feet stayed dirty from the floors. I would come back. Just have to wash my feet for I go to bed lol.

Wonderful stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at many condos in PCB and this was one of my favorites! Perfect size for 2, and would be great if you also had 2 kids because of the double bunk in hall. Everything worked as it should, including the washer and dryer. Sofa and love seat was very comfortable. King bed was ok, starting to sag a little, but was ok for us. Property was perfect! The little food restaurant on property was great!! Pools were clean and little shop had things if you need extra toiletries. Easy walking distance for ice cream at Hershey's or going to Moby Dicks. Across the street we ate at Hammerhead Fred's. This was a girls trip to read and relax,we didn't even rent a car and it had all we needed. I do wish all condos would have a crockpot for easy meals and all owners should consider having a table stored that would make it easy for people who are working remote to set up a work station. We would definitely stay here again. Kenny, the property manager, was very responsive and easy to work with! One draw back to the property is allowable parking for a visitor. Since we did not have a car and didn't buy a parking pass, the property wouldn't allow our friend living in the area to come park on-site to see us one evening. She had to pick us up off side nearby and then we had to go out to eat instead of eating at the condo.

Great Condo

Overall this property was great. Decorated very nicely. Clean and stocked with all things for the beach. The bed was a bit uncomfortable. I think the mattress needs to be replaced.

Amazing

The check-in process was smooth, the space was clean, and the view From the balcony was AMAZING!! The included beach chairs were a huge bonus. There’s a small market, bar, and restaurant on site. Once I checked in, I didn’t move my car until departure. I didn’t want or need to. The location was perfect for me.
