The house was clean and easy to get to. The parking available was amazing and everyone was nice. Only thing we experienced was that you had to take your trash to the dimumoster even though the paper said to put it in the trash bench and it woukd be picked up but, not a big deal as there were several easy to get to and close dumpster locations. The pool was great and the little food/bat area was an extra treat with sbo cones for the kids.

February 27-March 4

The unit was clean and generally as described. The queen bed is broken and slants drastically to one side. I was the only one in the bed so was able to sleep on the side that didn’t slant but don’t plan on haveonf 2 people in that bed. Had one issue with cleanliness on the same queen bed. They came and changed the linens but it was not quick. They responded to messages only during business hours amd took 2 days to get the new linens. We were unable to get the tv to work in the family room. All the stations indicated no signal. This could have been operator error but we tried the things they suggested and still was unsuccessful. Overall the unit was nice and I would probably go back but only if they verified the bed was fixed.

Jenny, we appreciate your review ! We'd like to point out that all these points mentioned in your review have been rectified. We do sincerely apologize that we missed to recognize the slanted bed or stained sheet. Yes, we do indeed only reply during our operation hours as that is the only time our team is in the office to assist you. As for the tv, unfortunately we were not informed of this to properly send the needed assistance. In all , you were a blast to host and hope we have the opportunity to do this again. Stay safe !

Orlando

Property was as pictured. Used the oven, dishwasher and washer/dryer. All worked fine. We needed a pizza cutter, which was not provided. The freezer is VERY skinny and we had to remove shelves in order to get our frozen pizzas in there. Hot water did not work in the master bathroom. The handle does not go over to the hot side. We only got lukewarm water in that shower and in the sink even after letting it run for 15 minutes (as instructed). The water temperature in the other full bath and 1/2 bath was great. The handheld shower in the other full bath did not work. Great communication in reporting these concerns. They sent someone out but both times it didn't get fixed. The paper states they don't provide wash cloths for sanitary reasons, which is weird to me. What is the difference between the towels/hand towels and wash cloths? The paper also instructs you to take out your garbage and dispose of it in the community dumpsters. We drove all around the area and were unable to locate these dumpsters. Through e-mails/texts, we were finally asked to just leave it on the bench on the porch, which we did. We went to look at the pool and that area was nice, but small. There were no chairs available. The property met our needs and I would stay there again.

Thank you for your detailed feedback and for choosing to stay with us. We’re glad to hear that most appliances worked well and that our communication was helpful. Regarding the water temperature issues, we apologize that the repairs were not fully resolved during your stay. We take maintenance seriously and will continue to work on these matters to improve future guest experiences. To clarify about washcloths: for sanitary reasons, we provide towels and hand towels for drying but do not supply washcloths, as washcloths are used for washing the body and reusing them could be unhygienic. We appreciate your understanding on this policy. Concerning garbage disposal, we regret the confusion with locating the dumpsters. We will review our instructions to ensure clearer guidance going forward. Thank you again for your stay, and we look forward to hosting you again. Sincerely, Wonder Vacation Homes
