Welcome to the beautiful Devils Lake! Enjoy making memories in this spacious lakefront home, perfect for gathering families or larger groups! Plenty of bedrooms to accommodate 16+ guests. Lake access is directly behind property, perfect for docking your own boat or a rental! Public boat launch is just minutes away, as well as a 5 minute drive to multiple dining options, ice cream, and golfing. Conveniently located off of 223, just 25 minutes NW of Adrian, MI.

Beach/Swimming: There is swimming from the property, not a traditional beach, but water is accessible from the Dock Ladder. There is also a public sandy beach on North side of lake about 2.5 miles away.

Cable: Not traditional cable but the TV's are all capable of streaming

Drugs/Smoking/Fireworks: Freshwater does not permit illegal drugs of any kind on the property. Due to the location of the properties, smoking is strongly discouraged around the home and strictly prohibited in the home. Fireworks are prohibited at a Freshwater location for the safety of all persons in and around the property, even if it is legal in that city.

Fireplace: 2 sided gas fireplace facing kitchen and living room and second fireplace in the 2nd floor master bedroom

Fire-pit: Portable propane firepit available

Fishing: A variety of fish can be caught on Devils lake- bluegill, pumpkinseed, yellow perch, rock bass, small and large mouth bass.

Fishing License: A license is required in order to fish in Michigan.

Linens: Yes, we provide your sheets and linens. Just like a hotel, the beds will be made for you upon arrival. We have just the basic sheets, pillows, pillowcases, and bath towels.


Parking: 5 cars plus 1 in garage. No street parking.

Pets: No pets allowed, owner has allergies

Privacy: Neighbors right next door on both sides. Please be respectful and adhere to the quiet times between 10pm and 8am.

Snowmobiles: a person (resident and nonresident) that operates a snowmobile in Michigan is required to purchase a snowmobile trail permit. The trail permit enables snowmobilers to ride state-designated trails and thousands more miles of public roads and on public lands (where authorized). It is valid for one year, which begins Oct. 1 and ends Sept. 30 of the following year. State-designated trails are open Dec. 1-March 31 and grooming occurs when there is enough snow on the ground.
- Lenawee County Trails: About 5-15 miles away.
- Michigan DNR Trails: Around 20-30 miles away in nearby counties.
- Michigan Snowmobile Association Trails: Around 20-40 miles away in counties like Monroe or Hillsdale.

Space: 3 level home with neighbors next door, this home does not have side yards and backyard patio only accessible through the home. There is a public easement to the one side of home for emergency services only
