Perfect location steps away from the beach, perfect for early morning walks and sunset bonfires. Easy 10 minute walk into town for shopping, restaurants, and coffee. Floor to ceiling windows downstairs with unbeatable views of the ocean, beach, and elk. Kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dishes, flatware, and cooking supplies. Private parking with a fully fenced yard perfect for pets. Only complaint was the bbq listed was rusted beyond use and we had to buy our own to cook the meat we brought down for dinner. Would recommend 10/10 times and would love to stay again in the future.

PreChemo family trip

I booked this trip as a Pre Chemo vacation with my family and grandson. We had a fantastic trip and didn’t want to go home when our week was over. The weather was perfect (sunshine galore for 7 days strait) and the views and sunsets were amazing. Elk, bunnies, and sunsets galore. Cannon beach is the perfect place for a family vacation and we enjoyed every moment there.Thanks so much for giving us a beautiful place to celebrate our family time together

Thank you for staying with us and for taking the time to share your feedback. I'm sorry your stay didn’t meet expectations and for the list of maintenance and supply issues you found. After receiving your feedback we inspected the home and had our housekeeping and maintenance teams start addressing your concerns: burned-out bulbs were replaced and the dining room light repaired, dish towels were restocked, body soap was replenished, and the thermostat battery was replaced. They tested the telescope and confirmed it is working and they have new drawer slides ordered for the kitchen. Nice property

Nice home with lots of room and a place to make memories. Great beach access and a short walk to downtown. On the downside, the home hasn't had a deep cleaning in awhile. There were also numerous things broken or that didn't work right. For the price, it shouldn't have so many defects. You are getting a great location and view.

Pictures are NOT representative of condition & maintenance of house. Our stay was for a month so had plenty of time to experience it all. Upon arrival, 2 bedroom closets were not useable due to junk/repair. No internet, blinds throughout house broken/dirty, no screens in 2 of the upstairs windows (child could easily fall out), broken patio chairs, stained carpet, holes in some bedspreads & picture windows in living room looking out at beach had seals broken so several of windows were fogged w little visibility. New BBQ had been delivered but not hooked up & old rusted one sitting outside. No ping pong equipment & garage was dirty & a mess. It took 9 days for the critical items to be repaired. What is sad is that house is in a perfect location & has not been taken care of. Some of items I mentioned had been mentioned in reviews months prior to our visit so assumed they had been corrected.Basics worked-kitchen, hot water, & linen/towels. Sadly the communication with the management company was always thru a customer service person with canned responses or texts. No one from company ‘s management ever bothered to stop over to remedy.We were having a family reunion & relatives had planned for a year so felt we had to carry on for month for sake of family. We made the most of it as a family. Just sad house is no longer loved.Big shout out to the one maintenance guy they sent as he truly cared & did everything in his power to help & fix items in his control.

I’m very sorry the house fell short in cleanliness, safety, and upkeep. We will speak to the homeowners about clearing the closets and garage, and replacing the window screens, blinds, bedspreads and ping pong table. The maintenance team did install the new BBQ, will remove the patio chairs, and they remedied the internet issues. The housekeeping team will arrange for a carpet cleaning, as well. Thank you for the detailed feedback. We’ll make sure your comments inform the improvements we make.
