Our records show that we attempted to contact you multiple times with your check-in information, and the check-in instructions were also sent as soon as your unit was ready. We have date and time stamped communication confirming these attempts. Unfortunately, we did not receive any response indicating you were unable to access the property. You also mentioned seeing a large roach. At no point during your stay was this reported to our office, giving us the opportunity to investigate or address it. Had we been made aware, we would have responded immediately, as we do with all reported maintenance or pest concerns. Lastly, the statement that "unless you want to pay for the unit and just be forgotten about" is simply not supported by the documented communication. We made multiple attempts to assist you before and during your stay. We strive to provide excellent customer service to every guest and believe our documented communication reflects that commitment.
