Esta casa de vacaciones está justo en la playa. Me encantará debido a las magníficas vistas del océano desde la sala de estar, el balcón, la cocina y el área de la cena. Tiene pisos nuevos y cocina nueva. Todo está actualizado. Puertos USB en zona de cocina. Las vistas, especialmente las puestas de sol desde el patio del piso 11 es increíble. Ofrezco sillas de playa / sombrilla, Amazon prime / Neflix e internet inalámbrico de alta velocidad. Pelican Beach Resort tiene clientes muy leales que vuelven una y otra vez cada año.

No ofrecemos ningún descuento militar o de otro tipo. Tenemos ofertas especiales de última hora ya incorporadas a las tarifas diarias.

Sentirás el lujo a tu alrededor en este condominio. La unidad se actualiza con encimeras de granito y nuevos tocadores. Los armarios de cocina se actualizan. Todos los aparatos se reemplazan con unidades LG de acero inoxidable. Las alfombras en las áreas de la sala de estar y los dormitorios se reemplazan con pisos laminados de lujo. Nuevo televisor de 40 pulgadas en la habitación. Separador wifi separado en el dormitorio. Bancos personalizados recién pintados. Nuevo colchón de espuma de memoria Twin XL en literas. Enfriar colchón de espuma Gel queen de memoria en el sofá cama. Nuevos armarios en baños. La unidad está decorada con buen gusto con todo lo que necesita. Incluso tenemos puertos USB integrados en el área de la cocina. Operamos el alquiler nosotros mismos como una familia para que reciba una atención individual de mi parte. Tengo otras dos unidades en Destin, Sandestin Resort que se enumeran en airbnb recientemente con excelentes críticas. Utilizamos la misma empresa de limpieza con la misma atención al detalle.

The view was the only thing worth staying. The kitchen sink was stopped up with loads of long hair. The blankets looked like they came from a homeless shelter. The cheap leather couch felt like plastic in a sleazy room. It is a dump. Run from this listing.

Beautiful resort that I would recommend.

The resort is beautiful. The room we stayed in was so clean and had all the essentials needed. They had 2 large pools, a tiki bar and cafe and hot tubs. I loved how close the resort was to the ocean so you didn't have to walk far. This was our first time staying here and we chose it for the reviews, and location of it being close to all of the restaurants we like. My husband and I love Destin and have been here several times. So far we have not stayed in the same place twice. We are still in search of our favorite place. This was a great resort and we were happy with our stay. I can't stay enough about how great the host was and keeping us informed of everything. Only negatives were the fact that the beach is blocked off in a very small area so you have to sit behind all of the rentals. If you decide to rent a chair and umbrella you would have to book online way in advance to get the front row. We like to take our chairs and sit on the water line at times. The other thing is petty but I didn't like that we had to wear armbands everywhere. I wouldn't have minded it if they were the rubber bracelets that you could remove in your room but they were hard plastic ones that were hard to remove unless you snapped them very loose. You are also charged 25 if you lose or break them. The elevators are being worked on so they were very slow at times. The parking is far away and tight. 1106 was great and would recommend . We will probably try somewhere else next time.

Our new favorite place!

My husband and I stayed a full week in the condo and it was perfect! Very clean, fully stocked kitchen made cooking easy for nights when we wanted to stay in. Bed was comfy and I enjoyed having my own bathroom for a week! :) The resort is very nice and everyone that was staying there was polite and respectful of each other. Lots of families, which was nice. The two pools made it not seem too crowded if you wanted to swim. Beach was great! Highly recommend this unit! 1106 was clean, owner was very quick to respond and we would definitely stay here again!

Retirement trip

We had a wonderful trip in pelican resort, 1106.Tufan this was an amazing host.If we had a question, he got back to us in a very short period of time and made sure that all of our questions were answered.He went above and beyond. The location was perfect. My only complaint is that we had to go home!

Lovely get away

Was an ideal place to get away from the cold and enjoy the warmth. Place was perfect to relax and unwind. The closeness of the beach was ideal and the simplicity to get there and enjoy the ambience added to the overall convenience of the place. Highly recommend and will visit again.

Location was great, parking was very nice and everyone was very friendly. Two out of the four elevators were broken so sometimes it look forever to wait to get in, not a huge deal but sometimes got frustrating. The beach chairs in the condo really need to be replaced only 2 of them were nice enough to bring down. Kids loved the bunk beds with the TVs that was very cool for them. I would stay here again and would recommend others as well!

Great view

This unit was clean and communication frothe host was timely and clear. The resorts pool remodels made the stay even better than it was back in 2022. My girls loved that each bunk had their own TV. We will be back next year!

Great Unit!!!

The unit and view were both wonderful. The unit was clean and provided basic supplies and plenty of clean towels. My only concern is with the facility and not the unit, itself. The lack of handicapped parking spots made it very difficult to get my elderly mother (86 years old) across the parking lot with her walker. There were no designated/labelled handicapped parking spots…at all. I thought they were now required? Be prepared if you are planning to bring your elderly or handicapped loved ones to the beach.

Great weekend getaway!

My family and I had a great time. The sunrise and sunset views were amazing. The condo was great and provided us everything we needed. Destin is one of our favorite places to visit and we look forward to staying here again in the future.

What a View

My family and I stay here for 6 days and had a fabulous time. The view is out of this world, we spent a lot of time on the balcony! It is easy to get down to the beach and pool from the condo. Tufan provided beach chairs for use, which was great as we didn't bring any! My only complaint is the beach chair rental company that took up the majority of the beach with rentals, but that is nothing to reflect on Tufan and his property. We would definitely stay again! Thank you so much, it was a fantastic stay. Communication with the host was exceptional!

We love beach vacations. Growing up in Cyprus, I used to think that no beach is better than the salty waters of Mediterranean and our sandy beaches are the best. Then I saw turquoise waters and sugary white beaches of Destin, Florida and fell in love at first sight. This is the reason we bought beach condos in Destin. We visit regularly as a family and rent them ourselves. We have a total of 7 units at Pelican Beach Resort. Waterscape, Majestic Sun at Seascape Resort and Luau, Grand Sandestin, Bahia and Elation at Sandestin Resort are our other locations. They are all by the beach and are updated. You can expect same great service and same attention to detail for all our condos in the area.

Nicest beaches in United States, friendly fun people. Family oriented city and a property that is right at the beach with great ocean views. As soon as you step in, you will realize that you are at the ocean and the tides will take you in. You will not want to leave.
This 11th floor ocean view is one of the best!.
