Disfrute de uno de los lugares de playa más pintoresco y familiar en el país! Scenic 30a vientos a través de las comunidades de la playa pequeña ciudad a lo largo de la costa del Golfo de Florida, donde las bicicletas son el modo preferido de transporte.

Disfrute de todo lo que esta hermosa región tiene para ofrecer en la comodidad y el estilo de "Beach Cruiser", nuestra nueva marca soleada y elegante de 3 dormitorios, 2. 5 baños, dos niveles townhome justo 30a en Inlet Beach, Florida (junto a Watersound Beach , Cerca de Alys Beach, Seagrove, Rosemary Beach y Seaside).

El "Beach Cruiser" se encuentra en Prominence North, frente a The HUB, un lugar de moda y animado para cenar y entretenerse. Disfruta de películas al aire libre en la pantalla grande, música en vivo y comida deliciosa. Google el "Hub 30a" para un calendario actual de eventos.

Su casa de vacaciones está convenientemente situado enfrente de las prístinas playas de arena blanca de Deer Lake State Beach. Alquile bicicletas y viaje a la playa o disfrute de un servicio de traslado gratuito desde Prominence North a lugares de playa a lo largo de 30a desde Memorial Day hasta Labor Day de 9 am a 3 pm. Información de horario de lanzadera disponible al reservar.

Las instalaciones de la comunidad también incluyen una piscina comunitaria central, sala de ejercicios, parrilla al aire libre para cenar junto a la piscina.

Our summer beach trip was great! Jeanne being our host and her home providing everything and anything made the trip smooth and relaxing and stress free. Beautiful and clean home. Location, bikes, and LSV golf cart was an absolute plus and allowed us to chill like locals. A 10 for sure Thank you for everything and most importantly, the memories.

Great family property. Stayed with 2 adults and 4 kids 8-13 with plenty of space. Made quite a few meals in the kitchen and everything we needed was there. Felt very safe in the Prominence community. Access to two community pools. Enjoyed the live music across the street at the big chill. Stay was during tropical storm Bertha so not a typical stay. Jeanne was great to work with, even offering suggestions for things for the kids to do. We had an issue with 2 of the rental bikes in non-working condition upon arrival and she had it taken care of same day. The LSV made beach access more convenient. Deer Lake State park closest/most convenient but can close when at capacity so had to travel to other access points. Also, the included LSV does requires a 35 service charge before you can use it. Overall, top-notch rental with excellent owner communication. Would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay

House was clean and had plenty of everything needed including extras like beach gear and cooking supplies. Great location and it was convenient being across from the Big Chill. The pool was a nice spot to hang out in between activities. We would definitely stay again if we came back to the area.

Beach Kruzer Family Vacay

Spent five lovely days at Beach Kruzer for spring break. The weather was perfect. You can not ask for a better location - across from The Big Chill and with an amazing resort style pool. Thanks to the golf cart and the bikes, we barely used our car while there. The house has everything you could ask for. And the beach was a quick ride away.

Excellent location, excellent host.

Great property for great times. We stayed 5 nights with our 3 & 5 year old. Place was very clean with all the extras. Board games, bikes, beach toys, oh my! Location was perfect as sit central to several different beaches. Check in process was seamless. Quick responses and communication throughout. Would definitely book again!

Perfect Family Get away

A perfect spot for our family of four (including a toddler and infant)! The house was beautiful and clean and the community pool and Big Chill across the street made it easy to have a fun day with lots of fun but convenient to stop home for rest times. The LSV and beach supplies in the garage were the icing on the cake to make the trip extra special. Would definitely return!

This house has it all: bikes, golf cart, new beach chairs, umbrella…everything. It was clean and well organized. We enjoyed it and will stay here again!

Perfect location in Watersound Beach. Great neighborhood. Golf cart makes the whole package unbeatable! Very clean house. Great room setup.

Jeanne is a fantastic host. Can't say enough about her prompt responses to any questions I had through VRBO. There were a few little things we ran into with the property but am sure they'll be addressed before the next travellers. The property and area here is beautiful, and having access to the golf cart (I think additional fees to use it were only 30) was icing on the cake. We went to Deer Lake beach access point 4 days. It's very close and definitely not crowded compared to other places.

Simply Amazing

Amazing!!! The condo was beautiful and had everything you could ever need. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms were well appointed and the community is fantastic! Jeanne was a dream to work with. Highly recommend staying here…you won’t be disappointed!

Amazing trip for the family!

We had the best time staying here. The house was beautiful, extremely tidy and clean. The neighbors and everyone in the neighborhood were very friendly. The beach wasn't far away at all. The Hub was a fun little area to hangout and eat at. We're already talking about making this an annual trip. Thank you for everything!

Perfect Spot!

We loved this property and would recommend it to anyone. Very clean, close to the pool, across the street from the HUB, short bike to the beach...just perfect. Jeanne was great to work with leading up to our stay, and then everyone at 30A Beach Girls took great care of us all week. Great personal touch all around. Highly recommend!

Great place!

Super clean, comfortable house in a good location ... definitely hope to return as soon as possible! The only bad experience, which had nothing to do with the property itself, was golf cart rental from Live Well 30A across the road—avoid! Thanks Jeanne for providing a wonderful place for a family vacation!

Perfect in every way! CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN

This townhouse was like two vacations in one. The beach is so close and then you get access to The Hub. It is an adorable little area to enjoy live music, ice cream and a beautiful pool. I will come back to the area and definitely this townhouse because it was so well decorated, had the most beautiful kitchen and was so clean.

Comfort and convenience.

We enjoyed the property-clean, great location and quiet neighborhood. We would have liked to have more comfortable chairs out on patio -to read and drink our coffee, etc. But with that being only complaint-was definitely a great place to stay!!

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful trip! Jeanne the owner was lovely to work with. We were in contact with the property manager and she was great to work with as well. The home is even lovelier than the photos. We had one full rainy day and after a bit exploring, it was great to just hang out at the house. We will definitely be back:)

Great vacation home!

We had a wonderful family vacation and the home was a perfect place to stay. Everything was clean and beautiful for us. The golf cart worked great for getting to/from the beach and even just driving around the community was a blast for our five-year-old. There were tons of games available and we enjoyed several of them. The kitchen was well stocked and the pantry had quite a few options for spices and seasonings as well. I would recommend this home to anyone and will see if it is available next time we visit!
