The living area features a generous plush sectional surrounding the sizeable smart TV above the custom fireplace with access to all your favorite streaming apps - the perfect cozy place for a family movie night.

Cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the beautiful, modern, fully equipped kitchen with all the gadgets, trays, dishes, and utensils you would expect to find in a family home. There is a full-size fridge/freezer, a freestanding oven and gas cooktop, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a dishwasher to cover all the cleaning up. BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS - 1ST FLOOR
This lovely home offers two bedrooms on the main floor and three bathrooms. The Primary Suite w/a King bed has a beautiful attached spa-like custom bath with a walk-in closet. Bedroom #2 has a Queen-size bed tucked away off the living room with two double doors for privacy. A full-size bathroom is adjacent to the primary bedroom, and a powder room is right off the dining room. All bathrooms are stocked with fresh, clean towels and toiletries for a comfortable stay!
BEDROOM - 2ND FLOOR
A third bedroom is situated on the 2nd floor. It's a cozy private retreat with a king-size bed, dresser, smart TV, and storage for all your belongings. All beds are topped with soft linens and bedding.
LAUNDRY
You'll find a front-loading washer and dryer in the home's basement, complete with detergent and dryer sheets, to make vacation laundry a breeze.

The Neighborhood:
This lovely home is centrally located in the quiet neighborhood of Southampton, near many Saint Louis attractions. Walk along the tree-lined streets surrounded by the beautiful architecture Southampton is known for.
The great central location is the perfect base for those wanting to see everything St. Louis has to offer, with all the main attractions no more than 15 minutes in either direction and easy access to all the main roads.
Busch Stadium and the Saint Louis Arch are just seven miles away. Missouri Botanical Gardens and Forest Park (home of the Saint Louis Zoo, Saint Louis Art Museum, the Muny, and the Science Center) are just minutes away by car, not to mention all of my favorite local neighborhoods, including the Hill, the Central West End, the Delmar Loop, Maplewood, Clayton, and Cherokee Street.
Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by car, with most highways nearby. You can also use the Metro Link light rail system to access many major attractions.
St. Louis also has both UBER and Lyft available. You'll also see many Lime and Bird electric scooters throughout the city, so you can zoom wherever you'd like!

PRIVACY-SAFE NOISE MONITORING
This home has NoiseAware monitoring devices that alert us if noise levels increase over reasonable levels. This allows us to request that levels be reduced to appropriate levels. To protect your privacy, the monitors do not record audio.

SafelyStay, Inc. verifies the identity of guests and checks criminal databases to confirm reservations.
TRUST & SAFETY
The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 for accidental property damage and bodily injury.
The Trust & Safety Fee allows the security deposit to be waived while protecting you, your group, and the property should an accident happen. The $78 fee is collected at the time of payment and may be labeled as a "Trust & Safety Fee" or "Management Fee".

✔ This home has been carefully designed and outfitted for the comfort of vacationers and business travelers. Please do not inquire if the following items don't work with your plans.
✔ Primary renter must be 25+ years old
✔ Pets are not permitted on the property
✔ No smoking inside the home
✔ No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation
✔ No Parties - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party
✔ Quiet time is 10 pm - 8 am (including weekends). The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood, and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours.
✔ Outdoor areas off-limits after 10 pm
✔ Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings, or hung from the lighting fixtures. Absolutely no glitter or confetti.
