Great view!

Nice view the only real problem was the bed. Terribly outdated and squeaky. The entire unit definitely needs upgrade the couches were a bit smelly. My honest opinion is great views and location friendly staff room needs major upgrades.

The days Inn would have been better

Avoid This Place – Total DisappointmentThis condo was a disaster from the moment we walked in. The baseboards were filthy, the light fixtures rusted, and paint was peeling off the walls. Scrapes, dents, and holes covered nearly every surface. The bathroom was just as bad — moldy grout, rusted shower rings, and a general feeling of neglect. The furniture was cheap and flimsy, like it came from a thrift store. Worst of all, there were bloodstains on one of the pillows. Absolutely disgusting. For what we paid, this place was a complete ripoff. Stay anywhere else.

Vaca in Pensacola

Had to drive to beach when we thought we would be able to walk. Condo allowed pets and the dogs barked every night. Would not stay there again. Also, directions for picking up the key fob was not clear.

Not as described and pictured

At first glance unit looked ok but quite sparse. Once unpacked it was aparant unit needed much work. Paint pealed, corners quite dirty, bar stolls unsafe to sit on, dining chairs not sturdy, bathroom dingy but the worst was the bed. It was as hard as a board and creeked so loudly when you sat on it and got into bed. The view was good and it was a 5 min walk to beach. Pool was clean and building was secure. Oh outside air conditioning unit was rusty and exposed. Its not a premier rental unit. Would never stay there again. Sorry.

Woke up every morning to construction.

LOUD construction in the unit above me for 3 days starting at 9am. 4th day, construction crew “accidentally” pulled the fire alarm at 7am. Contacted guest services day 1 who told me they would contact the complex. Next day after second complaint was told the rental company didn’t own all the units and nothing they could do. No solution, no compensation. Ended leaving a day early. Never stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay

The location and the room was very nice. We enjoyed it very much. Check in thought was frustrating upon arriving. My message about check in gave me a lockbox code to get the key/fob, but did not tell us where on the property it was located. Calling the person did not know where it was, sent us a couple of places on the property to look but to know avail, then had to call the property manager. We starting asking people on the property, two were owners with no ideas, finally someone showed us (strange location) 30 mints total. The PM did arrive to be sure we got in. On departure our instructions were to leave the key/fob, he said I do not take the keys, so we left on the kitchen counter. More through instructions would help/

Back to school getaway

Took a last minute, end of summer trip to the Pensacola area. Check in process was easy, parking was a breeze and first impression of the property was as advertised. No surprises, which is a good thing!!!

I've been going to Pensacola/ Navarre area for a solo trip the last 5 years the mid part of May .I highly recommend this place. Very clean, extremely quiet. Everyone there was very friendly. . Conveniently located.

Disappointing service by Southern Rental

Love the location but this condo is very basic & needs work. I recommend other units in this building & other rental management companies. Check-in process with Southern Rental was poor. Lockbox did not work at 9:00pm with no sense of urgency to assist us. After 45 minutes on the phone having me try different codes, sending text messages, & pictures.., I was disconnected twice, & I asked them 3 times to send someone to let us in & address the issue. No sense of urgency even at 9:45pm. I had to locate the building manager office myself, call them & call an emergency #. The building manager immediately made temporary keys & let us in the unit within 5 minutes. Southern Rental dropped the ball & the building manager called them to complain the next morning about lack of service. The tub drain was clogged, so the tub kept filling up with standing water. The ice maker did not work. These are items that should have been checked & repaired before our arrival. After reporting it they brought us a bag of ice & a repairman ordered a part for the ice maker. I requested a hair dryer but they said no we do not provide hair dryers. The kitchen did not even have salt & pepper shakers. (Another rental property in the same building the previous year provided excellent customer service, provided a hair dryer when requested & the condo was clean with extra amenities).

Good location; needs a little updating

The property was in a good location and we enjoyed the view from our balcony overlooking the bay. However, I wish this place had a little more updates as far as decor. It really was dark and the decor was just a little depressing and not what you would expect in a normal beach rental. It just needs a little love. Overall, with a few minor updates to decor and maybe a little paint, this place would be great. We still enjoyed our stay nonetheless!

Problems getting key card

When we got there it took us an hour to find the lockbox to get our key card. Need more direction on where the lock boxes are located. Also, the ice maker didn’t work. Needed directions to where we were to go to get on the beach. Condo was ver nice once we got in.

I cannot fault or stay. The communication was great, and the condo was even better than we expected! Fabulous views or the sound and pool. Within a few minutes walk to the beach and a 5-10 minute walk to all the restaurants. We had an utterly perfect family stay

Enjoyable stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo itself was great. The pool was great. The view is great. The location is great. However, my one complaint about the property was beach access. There was none. You could walk down to the public access but it was far. So we ended up driving. My other main complaint is about the property manager. The check in process to find the lockbox was poorly described in the email from the company that manages the property and then when I called for clarification they had no idea how to guide me. As if they had never stepped foot on the property. Luckily there is a man on-site who oversees the facility (like an HOA manager/maintenance guy) who I ran into and he helped me. The stairwell with the lock boxes is behind the dumpsters (stinky).

Blues week

Souther Vacation managers were terrible, rude, and I won’t use them again. I hate they are the property managers for this condo. The review is more about them than the property. Code to doors were outdated. The actual location and condo was as described.
