The golf course is available with your transfer of membership and the full service pro shop can provide you with sets of golf clubs and golf accessories. They also have golf pros available to take you to the driving range and practice green. Multiple golf courses are accessible in the off season through their reciprocal golfing program. Other amenities include 5 community swimming pools, 5 tennis courts, a bocce ball court, a clubhouse that contains a fitness center, pool table, and game rooms for cards, restaurant dining and social activities.

* These application / transfer fees are not set by Realty Group and are quoted to you in good faith. Prices are subject to change. The current application fees for Country Creek are: $150 application fee, $50 pp background check and $500 transfer of membership fee.
* Please allow us 24 hours or until the next business day to confirm your reservation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until corresponding with a member of our team and signing the required rental agreement.
* When making an online reservation, guests will have the opportunity to review/sign our rental agreement to confirm, PRIOR to the down payment being charged.
* 30% deposit due at time of booking. Final Balance due 90 days prior to arrival. Please ask about our cancellation policy, it is more flexible than noted on VRBO.
