The Studio is one of two, dog friendly, accommodations located at 27 Christmas street .
The Studio is surrounded by natural bird life and century old gum trees.
Major roads surrounding are sealed .
The Property has off-street parking. Concrete lit drive ways. Two queen beds, on two levels with access via spiral staircase, and an additional pullout double sofa bed located in the lounge room if required.

Warm inviting studio completely seperate, sharing only outside parking areas .Wood fire or split system.
Kick back, read a book, watch the smart TV access your apps, or listen to a record, to assist with slowing down. Or for the on the go types enjoy exploring the many tracks that lead to many walk ways along the shoreline. The well known board walk on Bancroft Bay can be accessed via 1 minute stroll from the property. Meander and explore the Metung village and specialty shops.
Bring your kayak or paddle board to carry down to the water edge.

Accomodation includes Continental breakfast provisions for breakfast for the first morning stay.

Guest access
Guest parking off road next to accomodation, 4 steps up to the deck and private entrance .Guest can feed the local bird life, seed provided Guest can walk around the gardens.

Host is happy to provide verbal recommendations for cafe restaurants in the area. All venues are pet friendly. Pets on leads outside. Clean up after your pets and ensure they are supervised assist Metung staying pet friendly.
