This beautiful 3 story, contemporary, 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home sits on the sand, just steps from the water. Incredible views from the rooftop deck with hot tub. The fully equipped kitchens, feature stainless appliances. The back bedroom features 2 twin beds, the middle room, a queen. Infinity doors in the master open out onto the deck to bring views of the beach. The large master suite features a king bed. The 3rd floor has a full-size sleeper sofa and private bath with a shower.

Amazing property and a great location.

My family of 6 had a wonderful vacation at this property. Location is perfect to walk or bike to shops and restaurants. Property was clean and fresh, property manager was quick with our few requests. Amazing property .

Gem with windows on beach.

Maybe noisy at night during high season because on boardwalk. Otherwise excellent location, pristine home, great amenities, walk to a couple restaurants and groceries, beautiful expansive windows looking at ocean.

Dream Beach House

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Amazing views everywhere you look, you want want to leave this beach house. The kitchen is so pretty and modern and the steam room in the master bedroom is a plus. Just when you thought it couldn’t get better you walk to the third floor and see the amazing roof top jacuzzi, lounge chairs and you feel like a million bucks! While you sit on the patio you will get several random people passing by and will tell you, “ now that’s a beach house!”

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the house and enjoyed great family times at this beach house. When staying on the beach we plan to eat in with the great views and this house's kitchen was underwhelming. The dishes were cheap, no Salad tongs, matching silverware, sponge, tongs for bbq or kitchen, no lids for pans or dish towels. The house was nice but there were many things that didn't meet our expectations. The pillows were hard, there were not enough blankets, and other misc things didn't work. Overall we enjoyed our stay, we will just come back with more knowledge of what to bring.

Wonderful New Year's Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed in this property a few times before but it has now been completely remodeled and is fantastic. It was great before however the owner really went all out in making it a wonderful place! We were fortunate to stay over New Year's and the location is far enough down that we didn't get all the bar traffic, yet still close enough for the kids to walk to the pier area to go get ice cream and shop! It was a fantastic location for my son to surf, just right outside the house where I could sit on one of the decks (either master bedroom or 3rd floor) to watch him. The 3rd floor itself is like a little apartment, or at least my teenage son called it his very own bachelor pad! Great property, great location!
