-We try our best to keep updated on remodels/construction happening around our vacation units. However, construction can pop up anytime in the City of Newport Beach without notice. N.B.V.P is not responsible and will not issue refunds due to neighboring construction. City construction hours are M - F 7am to 5pm.

Great Location Been using BurrWhite For 12 year 1 house off beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very Basic beach house, with a huge patio for bikes and boards and lots of chairs .2 recliners,beautiful landscaping,Washer and dryer on site makes it easy, Wish they would give a loyalty credit for keep coming back but nothing as of yet😞Only complaint was silverware was very limited .7 tablespoons , 1 teaspoon ☺️ We love this beach house and have used it for past 9 years, we had a place on beach but they tore it down and rebuilt and the price is untouchable 30th street bikes drops off bikes and boards and picks up when we leave. Wonderful relaxing Vacation Beach House

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pro: 1/2 block from the beach. Large and comfortable patio. Con: Unfortunately, there was mold in the bathroom, peeling paint in the cupboards, sliding door sticks and the screen torn at the bottom. Laundry facility dirty.

Aspectos positivos: Limpieza, llegada, comunicación y ubicación

Great location outside/ bare bones inside!

Wonderful location just one house off the beach. Lots of good people watching on Seashore Drive that runs by the house. The outside patio was a definite plus. The interior of the condo was "bare bones" meaning minimum furniture and wall coverings. We could see that in the pictures before we rented but it is more striking in person. A little more furnishings would make it more appealing inside. Another thing that doesn't show up in the rental pictures is the old and worn feel to the place. We got use to it, though, and appreciated the location over the feel of the condo. It would have been more impactful if had to spend more time inside.

Perfectly situated beach house

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very pleased with our experience. We really enjoyed the patio area and spent most of our evenings there. The closeness of the house to the beach is perfect for walking to the beach for sunset viewing (and picture taking). And the closeness to the boardwalk for our morning bike rides was perfect. Thank you Burr White for the morning phone call as we were able to get in a couple of hours early and were able to enjoy the day.

Excellent location and spacious deck

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The homes location and deck size are the best part of the stay. super close to the beach and the vibe of Newport Beach. The inside is dated and would love for there to be a rug in the living room to create some warmth, also no beach towels were available so had to buy some.the Deck is a good size to enjoy sunsets and bbqs.

Beach Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First let me say this is our 5th rental in the Newport area, as far as location goes it was great, but the rental itself was the worst we have stayed in. The inside was very disappointing, the owners have not tried to maintain let alone improve this rental. They were so lazy in painting the unit, they painted ALL the trim, walls and cabinets the same bland color, it looks like kids painted it. When you first walk in it is very basic, which is fine, we did't spend a lot of time in the kitchen or living room area. The bathroom was gross and had missing light bulbs, the beds weren't made and when we did make them there was fleas!! Ants were in the kitchen, we never cooked in it. The smaller room smelled like pet urine, it was almost too much for my kids to sleep in there. If it wouldn't have been a Sunday when we arrived we would have tried to get a different unit. It was very disappointing because in my conversations with Burr reality I was pretty specific that I didn't need a "luxury" unit but I did want clean and updated. Like I said the location was nice but I would rather stay more off the beach then stay there again. Might be okay if you are a bunch of college students just trying to have a vacation, but as a family I would not stay there again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've rented this duplex the last 5-6 years. We love the location, but the amenities get thinner each year and there are ants every year, with this year being the worst. The furniture needs to be updated and the kitchen utensils (pots, pans, etc.) need to be updated and additions made. Unless these issues are addressed, we'll consider other properties next year.
