Hermosa casa frente al mar en el cuadrante suroeste deseado de la isla. ¿Por qué visitar Marco y no disfrutar de una piscina frente al mar en casa? Piscina cuadrada más grande que la mayoría: calentador nuevo.
Spa fabuloso. Ingreso mensual elegible para el pase de playa para residentes privados! A poca distancia de la playa (ver mapa adjunto).

¡Disfruta del placer de vivir en una isla con una piscina privada climatizada y un spa en una terraza completamente protegida que evita que los molestos bichos salgan de tus vacaciones! A poca distancia de la playa - sillas de playa mochila siempre. Caminar / andar en bicicleta a Mackle Park. Disfrute de nuestro hogar con su familia y regrese a su hogar relajado y revitalizado. El hogar es muy limpio y totalmente equipado. Disfruta relajándote junto al agua; pescado del muelle; y ver a los delfines o manatíes ocasionales nadar. Great location!

This was an ideal location to the beach, farmers market, historical museum, and everything else we needed. The pool and grill were great amenities. We enjoyed our stay!

Great location with pool and hot tub!

Great southern exposure and close to the beach. The owners are very responsive and attentive. Has a nice pool and hot tub. Would love to come back!

Another great stay in Marco!

We spent 8 days here and the owners were very friendly and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our time here and had plenty of space. The pool and dock area are great. Thanks again!

Owner met us on our schedule to let us in. House is well equipped. Nice heated pool, on the waterway, with boat access. Furniture and layout could be updated, owner mentioned its in the works. Very clean. Would viaot again.

The hosts were very gracious and responded immediately when we had problems with anything. We didn’t need 3 bedrooms, but wanted to get a feel for how many a house would comfortably hold, without feeling crowded….and we wanted a pool. Huge bonus was the wonderful pool, hot tub and deck area! What a pleasure that was! We have always rented and owned condos. Loved the privacy of the home!

Relaxing in heart of Marco

Great location. We had a super relaxing stay in this nice neighborhood! Martha was a great host. Having our dogs with us made it even more amazing.

We had a very nice stay

Owners were extremely responsive and helpful before and during our stay. They were COVID conscious and they were there if we needed anything. We had a small issue with the coffee maker and they showed up with a new one very quickly. Good people. Nice house. Solid location and a much needed getaway for the week. Would recommend!

Great location!!!

We rented at this location for the month of February. It was absolutely wonderful. The location is close to the beach, shopping and a beautiful park. The home was clean and had all the amenities needed for a long stay. We loved the pool area and were thrilled to see a manatee swim by one day while sitting by the pool. The owners were very nice and attentive to our needs and concerns. The lock on the slider was not working and the owner came the next day to resolve the issue. We would definitely rent at this location again!

Everything you could need

A wonderful experience!! Thank you to our hosts! House and pool was clean, beautifully decorated, easy to contact. Boat lift was a big plus! No sign of the red tide we have been hearing so much about and so enjoyed getting away to all the little islands without another soul in sight. I loved seeing all the little burrowing owls everywhere. Thank you Martha and Ed!!

Amazing Communication!

I've stayed at many VRBO places and this property has one of the top lines of communication I've ever experienced! The owner is super flexible and when the spa wasn't heating properly, even offered to come over at 11pm at night! Wow! We enjoyed the pool and spa every night and loved exploring the Island! We would definitely return to this property again!

Very nice Very convenient

Can't say enough nice things about the host family. They were incredibly helpful, prompt with their replies. The house was in great shape!! The few minor items/problems were addressed and completely rectified in very short order. We would definitely rent from them again!! They came through in a way that would have otherwise ruined our stay on Marco

Thank you for your review. It was truly a pleasure to host such magnificent couple! Likewise, could not have asked for a better tenant to take care of our home away from home. Excellent communication between us I believe facilitated our ability to provide an excellent experience, so thank you. It was unfortunate that the pool heather stopped working and thankfully the pool company was able to replace it with a new one within a couple of days. I'm sure future tenants will benefit from the new equipment. MANY MANY thanks, hope weather permits for spring planting soon!!
