Amazing views of Marco Islands Crescent beach from every room in this newly remodeled and refurnished 14 th floor corner unit at the Gulfview condominiums. Our master suite boasts a king sized bed and private bathroom. Our guest room is roomy with a bathroom across the hall. There is a beautiful inground heated swimming pool and a short walk to the beach. 10 minute walk to the JW Marriott . There is also a gym with cardio equipment for your use as tennis.

Great place and stay

The unit has been completely redone and has views of both the island and the Gulf. The owner, John, was very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our time at the pool, beach and on MI. We would stay here again.

Loved the location and the southwest view. People were very pleasant and helpful. Lilly was wonderful!Tvs were a challenge, no instructions. Master closet was a mess and no storage for food all closets were full with stuff for who ever lives there, but we made it work. Would have rented for next year but already rented.

The View

We enjoyed the location of this rental the most out of all the places we have stayed on Marco. The condo is conveniently right next to the residence beach, and it is walking distance to many restaurants. Everyone in the complex was friendly and kind (other complex’s are not so welcoming to renters), and this condo has the most amazing view of the beach.

Wow! The view never got old! Beautiful location, well appointed condo, super comfy beds! The other residents at the Gulfview were very friendly and helpful - we would definitely stay here again 👍👍

Marco Island beachfront condo , southwestern views

The condo was updated, clean, and spacious with plenty of linens and towels and the bathrooms were updated also. It is a corner unit so the views of all of Marco and down the southwestern beach were lovely. The kitchen was fully equipped and modern. The laundry was only steps from the front door of the unit. John, the owner, was extremely helpful. The pool and pool deck was so close to the beach and well maintained. Beach access is is private and easy. Would definitely recommend this listing!
