This stylish, sunny holiday home with saltwater pool and spa is truly a Hillside Haven. The house is beautifully appointed with all the necessary amenities and the covered deck gets all day sun and affords beautiful views over the surrounding countryside. Watch the family play in the pool or just relax and enjoy the beautiful sunsets with a cool drink in hand.
The 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom holiday home has open-plan living/dining/kitchen which flows onto a large deck with multiple seating and alfresco dining options. The interior has been tastefully decorated and the kitchen has all the mod cons including a coffee machine (some beans will be provided but you may need to bring additional).
After a day at the beach this is a fantastic oasis to retire to, particularly when Mangawhai is at its busiest, or just avoid the crowds and laze your day away in and around the saltwater pool. The property has also been set up to enjoy year round, with a Heat Pump in the living room, spa pool and outdoor brazier with seating. Two Smart TVs and unlimited Wi-Fi provide entertainment options and keep you connected to the outside world, if you wish to be!
All in all it is an idyllic setting to get away from it all while still being close to the action. Just down the road you have several wineries and the Tanekaha walking tracks, and Mangawhai Heads and all it has to offer is only a 10-15 minute drive away. With lots of space and great entertaining options both inside and out, it is great for a family or a small group of mature couples.
This is truly the perfect place to relax and enjoy the magic of Mangawhai under two hours from Auckland. Grab you friends and family for a truly memorable stay, you won't want to leave.

Small dogs may be permitted on enquiry, please check with us when you book and note that the property is not fenced.
The pool is only available from Labour Weekend until the end of April but the spa is available year round.
If you wish to use the Charcoal BBQ you will need to provide your own charcoal, however, there is a Gas BBQ with LPG provided.
Please bring your own wood if you wish to use the Brazier, over winter bags of wood can usually be bought from the local Four Square.

LINEN OPTIONS: To keep your holiday more affordable, for this property we offer linen as an optional extra for guests who prefer to bring their own. If you choose to bring your own linen, you will need to supply top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels and bath mats. Pillows, Duvets and Duvet covers will be provided.
Alternatively, a rental linen package is available for $25 per person. To request this service, please add a note to your booking specifying the number of people requiring linen and which beds you would like prepared.
BOOKING PAYMENT: Although your credit card details are taken during the booking process, we won't automatically charge your credit card. Once your booking is approved we will send you a payment email with a choice of credit card payment (a 3% surcharge applies) or bank transfer (no charges).
