Well situated at only a 25-minute drive from the glorious food, wine, golf and experiences of the Hunter Valley Wine Country, 5 minutes from the charming village of Lorn, 3.8 kilometres to the township of Maitland and 40 minutes from the Newcastle airport and nearby coastline, everything you and your guests will need is at hand.
The guest accommodation at Lorn Rose Farm is an immaculate, freshly renovated 4-bedroom, three-bathroom homestead ideal for up to 9 guests. Generous, designer interiors and décor provide the perfect environment to stay in true country style with all the modern details you would expect from a Hunter Valley Stays property. This luxurious and elegant homestead has been passionately created for you to enjoy, bursting with features - books, an exceptional kitchen, leisure and living spaces. We know every guest will feel well taken care of. Beyond the homestead, the grounds available for guest enjoyment include the outdoor, entertaining converted stables with outdoor kitchen, the sparkling pool for lazy days in the sun, and the fire pit area to toast your marshmallows and enjoy a glass of Hunter wine. Lorn Rose Farm is a destination where you can pause and literally stop and smell the roses!
As you’ll discover, this place has undeniable magic in the air. The mature poplar and jacaranda trees create a cosy shelter, an oasis from the busy world. Lorn Rose Farm has so much to offer across its various locations on-site and does host weddings and special events. As the accommodation is not a venue and subject to Council Regulations and Restrictions, the Lorn Rose Farm’s florist, workshop, and event spaces can only be used subject to previous bookings with the Lorn Rose Farm Events Management Team. Should you wish to have a special occasion onsite for more than the approved 9 guest capacity staying at the homestead’s accommodation, please contact the Events team who will be able to share all the details, charges and requirements for your celebration.

Additional children 2-13 years $64 per person per night
Infants under 2 years free of charge
Please note that a $40.00 booking fee is applicable for all bookings made.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit/bond of $1500 is required for your stay and is payable as a credit card pre- authorisation. This will be processed approximately 24 - 48 hours before your arrival, so please ensure the funds are available at this time.
LONGER STAYS
Please contact us for a customised quote for longer stays of 3 nights and over.
NOTES
A 1-night stay may be accepted at discretion of Management within 14 days of the prospective arrival date. A surcharge is applicable on the 1-night stay, this will be calculated by our staff and quoted to you before the booking is confirmed.
Weekend Public Holiday, Easter, Christmas, and New Year periods require a minimum 3 night stay full weekend rate.
Concert and special event weekends in the Hunter Valley will have a set minimum night requirement to stay and may attract a surcharge.
