Part of the Iconic Deck 2 complex, this three-bedroom (two bedrooms plus loft), freestanding condo is the ideal spot for a cozy getaway. The deck of this contemporary condo looks out over a tranquil ornamental pond.

Enter an open main living area with living room, dining area and kitchen. The living room has a comfortable sofa and small flat screen TV. The dining table seats six. The kitchen has a solid surface range, refrigerator, microwave and drip coffee maker.

The main living area has two sliders, one at the front of the unit and one to the back deck. A spiral staircase leads to the open loft above. The vaulted ceiling gives the room an open feel.

Just off the kitchen are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds. Both bedrooms have vaulted ceilings. There is also a full bathroom with tub/shower.

The open second floor loft has a double futon and a large flat screen TV.

Knotty pine and wood floors throughout, tile in the bathroom.

Three ductless split unit air conditioners: One in the main living area (adjacent to the loft), one in the queen bedroom and one in the twins bedroom.

The back deck has a table that seats six and a gas grill. Enjoy the peaceful wooded landscape and views of the pond.

The Deck 2 complex is comprised of 31 freestanding units, all interconnected by way of a wooden boardwalk.

Coin-operated laundry is available in the common community building.

Less than a mile to the Cape Cod Rail Trail Trailhead for biking and walking. Short drive to Wellfleet's bay and ocean beaches and freshwater ponds, restaurants, shops and galleries and Cape Cod National Seashore beaches, trails and sites. Short drive to Truro and Provincetown beyond.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
