Yacht Club Villas #2-401 Relaxing Waterway View!

Yacht Club Villas 2-401 is a bright spacious property located on the 4th floor of building 2 in the Barefoot Resort Community. This condo has amazing views of the waterway and the pool at the North Tower.

There is a large kitchen overlooking the dining area with a breakfast bar too. The kitchen has everything you need to cook your favorite meals. The living room is very spacious and has plenty of seating for everyone. There is a large Flat Screen TV to enjoy as well. There is a great balcony right off the living room and is perfect for your morning coffee or your afternoon cocktails.

The primary bedroom has two queen beds with its own en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and shower. It also has access to a balcony too. The 2nd bedroom has a king bed and the 3rd bedroom has two queen beds. All of the bedrooms have their own bathrooms and plenty of storage space too. There are TVs in all the bedrooms too. There is also a washer/dryer located in the condo for your use.

Barefoot Resort has 4 Championship golf courses to try and we can help you set up tee times. Barefoot Landing is right across the waterway and has lots of restaurants, shops and attractions. Enjoy a delicious meal at Greg Norman's Australian Grill or Flying Fish. Sit and relax at the Crooked Hammock or watch the boats go by at Taco Mundo or LuLu's. There is so much to do here!

Yacht Club Villas has access to the pool located at the North Tower. You will need a special pool pass to enter. Ask us for details. There is also a free shuttle that runs in the summer season that will drop you off at the beach access. A shuttle schedule is available in your arrival package.

This property has a 4 Night Minimum Night Stay in the Summer. Inquire for the best rates and availability today! Only 2 parking passes allowed.

Pools open April 1st - Closes October 31st.

The condo was very spacious and fit 6 adults and three children comfortably. The furniture was also comfortable.

Barefoot Lakeside Villas

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Barefoot golf team members were extremely helpful. We had to change a round due to the weather and wanted to make sure we played the Dye course. They made it happen for us. Only downfall was the one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels in the 3BR villa, and 1 trash bag in the villa. We had to go purchase more of those items.

Thank you for your feedback. We start you off with 1 toilet paper per bathroom and paper towels. Since it's a vacation rental and not a hotel we do not replenish.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great. Location was good. Villa was clean lots of space. Oh it was so awesome to have real blankets on the beds not the thin ones but real comforters. Kids loved the pool. Overall we will be back!

Nice place and location but dirty

The condo was beautiful, although the toilet, shower and bathtub were really filthy. The kitchen was stocked pretty good but the master bedroom, which has two beds and facing the river, I slept closer to the window and felt drops from the ceiling. When I checked to see what it was, I noticed the AC vent above the bed that leaked on my head a few times at night.. ugh. But the overall easy access to beach and stores. Possibly will consider a future stay if more workers were hired to thoroughly clean the units.

Thanks for your review and feedback. We would always send cleaners back to take care of any issues during your stay. The humidity is very high right now so the vents are sweating due to the weather. We will check the filters. It might have been adjusted too low.
