Amazing stay!!

Great location!! Beautiful view from patio. Nice layout with lots of space. Easy to get around. Lot’s of local attractions. Fish market and beach across the street. Beautiful pools and property is well maintained. Simon our host was very responsive. Had an amazing stay. Would definitely like to return.

Barbados perfection

We loved our stay at this lovely condo just across form the beach. The views from the apartment are amazing and the space was large enough for 6, clean and comfortable. The facilities of the resort are excellent too with 3 pools and a very good restaurant. The beach was also perfect and not crowded and lots of good, although expensive, restaurants close by. We would definitely go back, thanks for your hospitality.

Beach view stay with my Family

Tired and could be cleaner and safer, needs refurbishment dangerous furniture ie sharp glass tables , loose toilets , no instructions for any appliances, the host never bothered to visit the property when he promised to replace the broken coffee pot .

Nice but noisy

Very nice environment but the noise of the motorized toolsof the gardeners four to five days a week spoils the pleasureof the pool.

Great stay near Payne's Beach

Property is very well kept and great amenities on site. The larger part of Payne's Bay Beach, where there is ample room and a larger swimming area, is actually a 10 minute walk from this apartment, but that wasn't a big deal for us although we did think it was across the street when booking. Beautiful views from apartment balconies. Communicaiton with VRBO was 0 on 10 as their internal email system to contact hosts does not work at all.

Amazing unit and property, book it now!

We had an absolutely amazing week long stay! We had first booked with a local hotel that was recommended but it was a disaster. We were fortunate enough to find that this place was available for our dates and Simon was SO accommodating with our last minute booking. The entire process was quick and easy!When we arrived at the apartment we were pleasantly surprised at the welcoming staff and beauty of the property. The lush gardens everywhere made it feel like a tropical paradise overlooking the ocean. Everywhere on property the staff were so friendly and helpful from the restaurants, the hut and the front desk. There are 3 pools to use, a restaurant, spa and salon, gym and a small store with all the necessities. Plus several restaurants in the area within walking distance (although a little pricey but very good). The apartment itself is a true gem. It is stocked with everything you need, has amazing water views and enough space for our family to spread out. The beds are all super comfy, the furniture is all well appointed and the decor is gorgeous...beachy and elegant. I can't say enough about how great this unit is. It offers all the space of a condo/apartment but with the onsite amenities you still feel like you're at a resort. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! If you're not sure, don't think just book it now! You won't be disappointed. We would absolutely stay here again without hesitation.

I cannot say one bad thing about our stay at the Beach View and our Host Simon. Everything when as smooth as a stay could go. Excellent location, Great service, beautiful property. This is the place to stay.

Great apartment with sea views

The apartment is big and spacious and has great views of the sea and sunset. The kitchen was well enough equipped for our needs but we only had breakfast and lunch there. Beachview it’s self has a lot going for it as you have the benefit of the hotel services on site too. A very enjoyable stay.

Fabulous apartment

The apartment is perfect and I would highly recommend if you are looking for a well equipped, top quality furnished self catering apartment. It is ideally located just across the road from a lovely little beach with The Cliff and Cliff Beach Club just around the corner. You are spoilt for other lovely restaurants on your doorstep:- Daphne's, Cariba and Scarlets. Holetown is only a 20 min or so walk away, but there are plenty of taxis and an endless supply of buses. Very good apt but 700 is too high

The place is good but at this point needs some very minor attention to maintenance. Construction across the parking lot was loud and disturbing at times. Also the road and bus stop is directly below the pool so this is not a serene beach experience. The beach however is very approachable for unathletic swimmers and the reef off the fish market is very good for snorkeling. Good location on Barbados in general despite the constant construction and the congestion associated with development on the west “platinum” coast. For my sixth trip to Barbados this is a good family place at this price point. All in all a very good apt on a great island. Security is adequate at this complex. Barbados is a special place in the world. The advantage to this type of accommodation is the kitchen where the value is made up for compared to staying at a hotel and spending at restaurants.

I almost didn't want to write a review!!

The apartment is a really fantastic top floor apartment and is very spacious, clean, great location and everything you could possibly want to make your stay comfortable, including washing machine / tumble drier and full kitchen. The views from all the balconies are to die for. There is a little hut on site selling breakfasts and lunch, and every Monday evening has a BBQ. I hesitated writing this as I want to be able to book again for next year (or sooner if possible). 🇧🇧 Thank you Simon Penny

Awesome Vacation

Everthing exceeded our expectations.My daughter and i had wonderful safe vacation thanks to Simons wonderful beach property .Every review was accurate and precise as well as the description of the property.We personally experienced the fresh fish, jet skis ,sea turtles, (omg) the cliff,delicious dining,fresh fruits and vegs,beer and wine, entertainment, lovely beaches, walking distance from suite.Thank you Simon for helping create amazing memories for my daughter and I.

Stunning and unforgettable

Fabulous apartment, view unbelievable.......

Perfect for our family of 6 and the location was perfect too. Superb views of the Caribbean and the fish market opposite was used frequently. Excellent vacation rental

The staff were great, any help you needed was available at reception. The hut was great for breakfast & lunch, pity it closed down at 2pm. Cocktails at the Hotel owners place on Thursday night is a must (fantastic location & atmosphere). Gives you the opportunity to get to know other guests & some of the locals who are happy to give advice on where to go & what to do on the island. The apartment was huge for my family of three. Comfortably accommodates 6. Having the two bathrooms, even for us, was a bonus. Nice balcony overlooking the pool, grounds & the sea. Some road noise, but show me a place that close to the beach on the west coast road that doesn't. By the second day, you don't notice it. If you do, you're not enjoying yourself enough. The location of Paynes Bay has plenty going on. Beach View is perched between two of the top restaurants on the West Coast (The Cliff & Daphne's) but there are also cheaper options available within walking distance. Holetown is a short bus ride away and has plenty of bars, restaurants & shops. Bus stop right outside is an advantage. Booking experience through Simon was top notch. Provided a nice info package prior to arrival & was available for questions while we were there. Thoroughly enjoyed our Easter break & hope to go back. Thanks Simon.

WONDERFUL LOCATION SUPERB ACCOMMODATION!

My daughter and I had the most fabulous stay at this property. We both love the beach so to be able to walk across the road to beautiful beaches and to wake up in the morning with a beach view was a delight. All the staff at the appartments were friendly and approachable especially Atticus and the ladies at his "hut" serving delicious breakfast and lunch with a smile. The pool was great large and clean with loads of sunloungers. The location on the west coast was fantastic, seconds away from fabulous restaurants and hotels. Thank God we never managed to get our acts together to go shopping - having only realised in the last days that there were such amazing designer stores on the door step the mind boggles at the damage you could do to a credit card. All in all one of the most relaxing stylish holidays we have had in a very long time - will definitely stay again!

Superb, will be back..

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful, spacious well equipped apartment, great location close to the beach, lovely sea views and some wonderful quality beachside restaurants close by. We found the local buses easy and fun to use and all seemed to be just a few minutes apart and each one provided there own variety of local music. Having the hotel facilities along with the friendly and helpful staff was a big bonus, we where able to book trips, restaurants, taxis etc and enjoy breakfast and some lunches alfresco in between lying next to the pool. There was a fish market just across the street so plenty of fresh flying fish, Mahi Mahi/catch of the day, one evening we enjoyed a tasty traditional fish supper with the locals on the adjacent deck, while watching the sun going down perfect! I would highly recommend this apartment and we have already booked again for next year.

Paradise

Absolutely incredible experience! The apartment is in the ideal location for the west coast beaches right across the street, which are some of the best in the world. The location on the 3rd floor allows for a perfect view of the pool, the blue Caribbean Sea, and the beach. The apartment is nicely laid out with a very large master suite and two other bedrooms. The air conditioning ensured that we were always very comfortable at night. Each morning and evening we ate on the balcony and enjoyed the amazing view of the bluest water you will ever see. The on site management was very helpful and answered every inquiry promptly. Also, having a bus stop right outside the complex allowed us to easily travel to nearby Holetown and other destinations. Overall an unforgettable trip and we will definitely be back.

The Perfect Getaway

This beautiful pent house appartment really is a home from home. The location and views from the balcony are stunning, we watched the sun go down every night and it really was breathtaking. The apartment is is fuirnised beautifully with a gorgous comforatable lounge and bedrooms the shower was just perfect and we loved waking up in the morning to the beautiful views from the bedroom and loved sitting out out on the balocony just taking in the surroundings. The long stertches of sandy beaches (just on the door step) really is just perfect for romatic walks and a dip in the sea. All the staff at Beach View are brilliant, so friendly and helpful, they cant do enough for for you. The little cafe hut is great, they serve lovely snacks, we couldn't get enough of the bajon lemoande.. very refreshing after having a lazy morning sunbathing round the pool. The grounds at beach view are perfectly maintained very clean. On a night time we loved the fine dining on the west coast especially the cliff restaraunt, It really was special we also loved Scarletts, excellent food service and atmosphere. We headed into hole town a couple of nights for drinks and music which was also very enjoyable. The bus service is great for getting around the island and very cheap at $1.50 to go anywhere Jenny & Simon were excellent making the booking trouble free and providing us with lots of reccommendations and info on where to go, what to see etc which is brilliant when you go somewhere for the first time! Overall everyting about this holiday was perfect and I would definatley recommend to anyone. Thank you Jenny & Simon for a wonderful holiday.. we will definatley be back xx

If you love Barbados - you will love Beach View...

If you love Barbados - you will love Beach View! The apartment is really spacious and beautifully decorated, with everything you could need for the perfect home from home, including the biggest and most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! The views from the balconies are breath taking, and there are miles of gorgeous beaches to explore just outside your doorstep. The complex is perfect for those who don't need the "all-inclusive hotel" experience, as it is located in the perfect spot for sampling many of the west coasts finest restaurants (some in walking distance and some just a short bus ride away - with the bus stop right outside the complex). The pools and lovely gardens are imaculately kept, and the little cafe serves a great breakfast on the poolside patio. The one thing that makes Beach View really exeptional is the staff - each and every one of them went beyond the call of duty to ensure that we had the best holiday possible. They gave us good inside information on the best places to go (try The Beach House Sunday Buffet - it's fabulous!!), booked restaurants for us, ordered taxis, shopped for groceries which were there on our arrival (email Beach View directly for this service), kept the apartment and surroundings in perfect condition, and always had a welcoming smile and time for a chat. All in all, if you are looking for a relaxed beach-side holiday in truly beautiful surroundings - you could not choose better than this. Thank you Simon and family, for a wonderful holiday, we will be back next year for sure...
