My Happy Place at First Flight Retreat — Settle In, Pour a Glass, Stay Awhile
The name isn't marketing — it's a promise. My Happy Place is the condo you book when the vacation is the condo: a spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath corner unit filled with sunlight, a kitchen genuinely equipped for cooking real meals, and — a rarity — a wine cooler standing by for whatever you brought or discovered at the local shops.
A Kitchen That Means It
Beyond the wine cooler: a Keurig for mornings, a crock pot for set-it-and-beach-it dinners, an air fryer for everything else, a breakfast bar for grazers, and a dining table that seats six for the nights everyone's around it. Two queen bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa sleep six comfortably, the master bath features a walk-in tiled shower, and the whole unit is decorated with everything a person actually needs on vacation — because it was furnished by someone who vacations here.
The wide balcony, set up with Polywood deck furniture, faces north from the second-floor corner — morning coffee, afternoon drinks, and beach views up the shoreline, with corner-unit windows keeping the interior bright all day.
Good to Know
Free Wi-Fi is included, and elevator access makes arrival easy (the elevator is a community amenity, not controlled by the homeowner, and cannot be guaranteed). Note that this unit doesn't include a guest storage locker, so plan to bring your beach chairs and umbrellas along — or keep them in your vehicle between beach days.
