¡Haga de nuestra casa de vacaciones SU casa de vacaciones! Este Cape Cod de 4 dormitorios y 2 baños está situado en una calle tranquila de Margate, a 3 cuadras de la playa y del paseo marítimo de Ventnor. La impresionante cocina completamente renovada cuenta con nuevos gabinetes agitadores, encimeras de cuarzo, fregadero de granja y todos los electrodomésticos nuevos en un plano de planta abierto que conduce a amplias áreas de comedor y sala de estar.

Camina por la fama de Marven Gardens of Monopoly ™ camino a la playa y al paseo marítimo. Y pase sus tardes disfrutando de una bebida para adultos (¡o 5!) en el porche delantero, o camine hasta Starbucks, Bocca, Hannah G's o cualquiera de los otros restaurantes cercanos. Esta es una de las pocas casas en alquiler en nuestro vecindario, por lo que su semana (s) con nosotros tendrá ganas de pasar tiempo en su segunda casa, no solo un alquiler de vacaciones.

Compramos la casa a fines de 2016 y completamos una rehabilitación importante, ampliando la cocina y restaurando los pisos de madera de la planta baja. Todos los muebles y colchones son nuevos y toda la casa está recién pintada (incluida esa alegre puerta amarilla).

Esta propiedad cuenta con aire acondicionado centralizado nuevo, Internet de alta velocidad, cable, TV de 50 pulgadas, reproductor de DVD Blu-ray, 6 etiquetas de playa, carrito de playa, cobertizo de almacenamiento al aire libre, mesa de comedor al aire libre, estacionamiento en la entrada, ducha exterior cerrada y parrilla a gas .

we had a wonderful girl’s getaway at this sweet newly renovated shore spot. Thoughtful beach, amenities, good location, very clean and well equipped kitchen - would stay there again for sure.

Great stay!

Tory was an extremely accommodating host, willing to go above and beyond when able. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood with a great coffee shop, tacos spot, and beach all within walking distance. The beds were a little firm for my taste, but the rooms were spacious and have some good options for sleeping arrangements with kids. They also have a great number of amenities just for kids (ie. pack n play, high chair, beach toys/wagon). My only complaint (which is more on the cleaning crew than host), is that there were some random trash items left around the living room, beach towels that had been left outside by the outdoor shower from previous guests, and we could not find the iron (we only found the ironing board). Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend a visit!

Comfortable and Well-Equipped

Great experience. The house was just as advertised, with good amenities such as beach gear, an outdoor shower, and good quality and well-functioning kitchen equipment. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent! Would definitely book again!

Our family group had a wonderful stay at this house. The house was immaculately clean upon arrival. They were fully stocked with paper goods, cleaning supplies and some food staples. The backyard was a perfect place to relax after a full day of activities with the kids...outdoor shower and grill were a huge plus. The front porch was the perfect place to hang out for family games after dinner and for a beverage when the kids went to sleep! The bedrooms are a great size and having a full bathroom on each floor was a plus for our group. We walked to the beach, mini golf, ice cream, and other local restaurants. Thank you so much for this opportunity to create great memories for our family. We may be booking again next summer :)

A great little bungalow for a true shore experience

We had a wonderful week on the beach, this property has everything from chairs and cabana to wagon and shovels. And an outdoor shower, our favorite! Rented bikes up the road in Ventnor and bikes everywhere. Great way to breathe amidst a world in COVID lockdown😷

Exactly as pictured and described

We had a great week in Margate! The house was exactly as described and the owners were great to deal with. It’s about a ten minute walk to the beach which I thought may be too long since we have little kids but it was totally fine and we appreciated the use of their beach cart. Great location walking distance to restaurants in Ventnor and the Douglas/Essex shops (bagels, Bocca, Dino’s etc). I also really appreciated that the owners also use the house and provide supplies like paper products, cleaning supplies, spices etc which other rentals do not. We will most likely be back!

Cozy and Clean!

Perfect place for a small family vacation! Check in was a breeze and the front porch was great for early morning coffee and family gatherings. Home came well equipped and the outside shower added a perfect touch. Nice quiet street close to Starbucks and stores.....we will be back! Thank you!

Well maintained home in a family friendly neighborhood. Kitchen is well stocked for family dinners. Easy walking distance to beach and restaurants. Great bedroom space. Owners were a dream to work with. They are caring and considerate hosts. Give this vacation home a shot for the 2019 summer....you will not be disappointed.

AWESOME HOME, AWESOME LOCATION, AWESOME COUPLE TO RENT FROM!

Our family absolutely loved this property and would definitely rent again. The location is perfect for EVERYTHING; going to the beach (and six beach tags are provided for the week!), farmer's market, bike riding and eating at all of our favorite restaurants in the area (and there are a LOT of great restaurants to choose from!). It is also right in the middle and easy to drive to Atlantic City, the boardwalk in Ocean City or the quaint Cape May. Tory and Steve are very responsive, accommodating and lovely to correspond with!

Charming house near wonderful Marvin gardens

Very comfortable in an amazing neighborhood!

Wow, what a great place to stay. Myself and four colleagues stayed at this house while at a convention in Atlantic City. Perfect place for team building with enough beds/rooms for privacy, when needed. The home owners were great with communication and made us feel welcome in their house. Very clean, updated and all around enjoyable. Great neighborhood to walk and close enough to the beach to enjoy a morning jog, if desired. Front porch was a great evening 'hang out spot.' Loved it here, you will not be disappointed!

Beautiful Margate home

This was the first house we saw when we began looking for a vacation home. We loved the proximity to the beach and the Ventnor boardwalk, as well as the charm of the neighborhood. The house felt warm and inviting and we just knew it was the place for us.

Very quiet street even during the busiest summer weeks as it is rarely used as a pass-through for traffic.
2 bedroom and a full bathroom on each floor make it perfect for two families.
