Located just a short walk from the white sands of Bradenton Beach, this spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath second-floor apartment offers comfort, convenience, and easy access to everything the area has to offer. This home is one of two private units on the property and features a private entrance, dedicated parking, and a bright, welcoming interior ideal for families, couples, and groups.

The apartment includes a comfortable living area, Smart TVs, fast WiFi (250+ Mbps), and a fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances, cookware, and dining essentials. Guests can enjoy a private balcony perfect for morning coffee or relaxing after a day at the beach. Beach essentials are provided for added convenience.

The sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms with king beds, a third bedroom with a full-over-full bunk bed, and an additional twin rollaway bed, accommodating up to seven guests. Two full bathrooms and in-unit laundry offer added comfort during longer stays.

Bradenton Beach, Bridge Street, local shops, restaurants, and water activities are all within easy reach. Anna Maria Island is only a short drive away, offering additional beaches, parks, and attractions. Guests can easily explore the area on foot, by car, or using the free Anna Maria Island Trolley.

Amenities include air conditioning, free WiFi, Smart TVs, a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, linens, towels, beach gear, balcony seating, and free parking for two vehicles. The apartment also features a private entrance, room-darkening shades, essentials, and family-friendly conveniences.

Please note: This is the second-floor unit (Unit A) in a two-unit property. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Smoking, vaping, drugs, and unregistered guests are not permitted. Guests must rinse off sand before entering the home. The minimum age to book is 25. Pets may be allowed on request.

We’ve had some past issues in the past, so these rules are here to help keep everything running smoothly. If anything seems unclear or if you have any questions, just ask – we’re here to help!

House Rules:
No parties or events – Let’s keep things low-key and relaxed.
No drugs or illicit behavior – Safety and respect for everyone are key.
No smoking, vaping, or marijuana – Please keep it out of the home, off the balconies, and at least 25 feet away from the building.
Quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am – We strictly enforce this to ensure everyone gets a good night’s rest.
No Sand - please make sure to wash off any sand before entering the home. Let’s keep the beach at the beach!
Registered guests only – No additional guests or overnight visitors unless they’re listed on your reservation.
No shoes inside – Helps keep the place clean and cozy.
Toilet paper only in the toilet – Keeps the plumbing happy!
Keep the home clean and tidy – Report any damages or missing items to us right away.
Follow all city and building bylaws – It helps everyone get along.

Age Requirement:
Guests must be 25 years or older.
Fee Schedule:
$500 for removing any or all guests/occupants.
$500 for excessive noise.
$500 for smoking.
$500 for breaking any house rules.
$1000 for clogging toilets with inappropriate items like baby wipes or small objects.
$50 per hour for unauthorized late check-out.
$50 per person for unlisted guests or exceeding the booked number of guests.

We may remove any retaliatory reviews related to violations of these rules. Guests agree to cover any damages resulting from rule violations, including property damage, damage to common areas, and lost revenue due to canceled reservations.
