A weekend getaway—can’t beat the location! And the view! Just fabulous!! The beach is steps away, right across the street—and so close to great restaurants. LOVED sitting on the front porch watching the traffic go by, taking in the view of the ocean, and of course the sunset! Property owner was quick in responding and offered great customer service. I would for sure stay here again!

Can't beat the location. The wraparound balcony right across from the beach is wonderful! The owner has provided literally everything you'll need, especially in the kitchen. We only stayed for 3 nights, but it's very suitable for a longer stay. Nice that there are 2 parking spots.

Our stay was truly wonderful. The house was immaculate, in a spectacular location, and had everything we needed. Mike was very attentive to us, and we even got to check in before 4:00 PM. I recommend it 100%. We will return. Thank you, Mike.

Perfect property and location

Immaculately clean, excellent amenities, responsive and helpful host, amazing location. We have nothing but good things to say about the apartment. Everything clean and works well, plenty of kitchen amenities, towels, beach chairs and cart for them and umbrella. The deck is like new as are the outside equipment to watch the sunset right from the deck. Since everything faces the west and sunset, no sunrise light gets in. Very convenient reserved spot behind the house right by the stairs to the second floor. The location is 50 feet from the beach; and a block or two from the downtown area that has restaurants, bars, and mini golf/ice cream. There are also restaurants right on the beach. Beach itself is white sand like powder and water is perfect. You can see dolphin and manatee right from the beach or the nearby piers. Rent this place you won't be sorry.

Spring break

The unit was clean and in a great location. Walking distance from beach, restaurants and shopping. The wrap around deck is amazing! They are still renovating from the hurricane.

Perfect

This was our 4th year staying here. It has absolutely everything you need (linens, starter items, beach chairs, dishes, etc) Great location (never have to use our car). Beach across the street, restaurants nearby. This rental is quiet and comfortable. Captain Mike cares about his property but also cares about his guests. A great stay as always. Will be returning again next year!

Weekend Celebration

Unit A was wonderful. We loved the viewing deck and amenities. The beach was a very short walk, and the chairs, and wagon were very helpful. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Easy Access

We stayed here in the height of summer and while things were a bit quieter than I imagined during the high season, it was lovely. Everything was open the beaches, a short walk across the street but the cart and the chairs and the umbrella made even the hottest beach day enjoyable. They’re parking spaces so some friends from the area parked in our spot and we enjoyed a lovely day on the beach. Everything was clean. The AC worked well and the apartment was well appointed was across the street and some thing I missed reading in the listing, but my help pointed it all out to me, we had a great day and would definitely come again

Amazing host, Mike helped us a lot throughout our stay. He kept us to date with instructions and details. When we asked questions he would get back to us immediately. Both the villa and area were beautiful! Although our trip didn’t have the best weather, still loved our stay and service.

Great cozy spot near everything!

We had a wonderful week at this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom place. It had everything we needed, from beach chairs to beach toys. The porch had beautiful views, and we even got to see dolphins and the beautiful sunset. We really enjoyed our stay. The location was amazing, close to everything! It was just across the street from the beach, making it very walkable. We also rented a golf cart to stroll around the island easily. Thanks Mike for sharing your home with us, we will look forward to come back!

Weekend Getaway

This was a great location within walking distance of just about everything we wanted or needed. Or right next to the Trolley stop if wanted to explore a little further. Mike was great! So friendly and accommodating in any way he could! We hope to be back with the kids next time!

Just Perfect Beach Experience

The owner was in constant contact and made the process seamless. The location is perfect so we didn't have to deal with any beach traffic which is worth it in itself. Perfect views and accomodations. The owner went to great legnths to make sure that the property had everything we needed including beach umbrellas and wagons to take to the beach. Overall awesome experience well worth the money. We will be back for sure!

Capt. Mike, owner of Salty Living Rentals & Property Services (SLRPS) Purchased this 2 story / 4-plex located right in the center of beautiful Bradenton Beach because of its location and proximity to the Beach, City Parks, and the Bay. The property has plenty of room with 5 on site parking spaces (for 4 apartments), two assigned parking spaces for the upstairs villa, one accessible from the front (west) & / or one from the rear (east, separate entrance) of the building. Addition daytime public parking is on the east side of the building a short 1/2 block away for a wedding or day time visitors.

When you stay here you can park your car and forget it (recommended). Everything you need is right here within walking distance or a short FREE Island Trolley ride away, including Historical Bridge Street, Bradenton Beach city pier and much of the BEST the island has to offer.
The Sand Dollar white sandy beach has natural wading pools just past the surf. Sometimes there is almost no surf at all, which is popular with relaxation seeking rafters. Wave runners, sail boats, kayaks, beach or charter scuba (ask diver, Capt. Mike or the local dive shop), and other watercraft rentals are just a short walk down the beach. Just let Capt. Mike know what type of water sport or leisure activity you wish for before or during your stay and he'll be happy to guide you in the right direction…
Wedding parties can walk from this location for all beach wedding arrangements.
