Our stay at this property was perfect! The spaces are gorgeous as is the incredible view. The meals prepared by the chef were delicious and he was extremely helpful as well. We're hoping to bring friends back so they can experience this property as well.

The condo was great and well kept. The chef and cleaner were absolutely lovely and was such a treat!!! The kids loved the pancakes and French toast every morning :)The beach is the only draw back. But if you don’t care about a beach it has 3 amazing swimming pools! Overall was amazing. Would recommend.

Amazing Time

Our family had an amazing week staying here. The condo is unbelievable and the views from the massive balcony and top deck can’t be beat. We spent every morning and evening watching whales in the bay from the outdoor spaces. Staff was phenomenal and helped with anything we needed…all you have to do is ask. The meals that we had prepared were all fantastic as well. Highly recommend this place and plan to return!

Fantastic

We rented before in this complex but the condo we wanted was not available for our dates, we ended up renting this penthouse and we absolutely loved it, very spacious with a huge upper terrace equipped with an outdoor kitchen / grill, large sitting and dining area, a wonderful private pool for ourselves and an AMAZING VIEW!. The housekeeper kept the place spotless and our chef prepared delicious meals, we brought back some of his recipes. The grounds are beautiful with several pools, gym and food service for quick bites The host very professional and responsive, this was a very relaxing and stress free vacation.

Beautiful property, excellent service!!

There were four of us ladies that stayed at this property, and the roof top deck is exceptional, rooms are clean and property is quiet. Mary scheduled massages and facials on the deck. Everything was easy to schedule, including rides to the marina, Sayulita and transfers to/from airport. The chef, housekeeping, Nelly, Mary and Candy were fabulous and got whatever we needed and took care of everything, plus exceptional food was prepared. We will be definitely back next year!

Perfect Family Vacation

I just returned from a week at Arena Blanca with my family and could not have had a better vacation. The apartment is so beautiful and comfortable, and the entire property - from the pools, to the beach, to the gym & on-site restaurant - was awesome. We took advantage of having a local chef come in for 4 or 5 days. She was wonderful and cooked delicious and beautiful meals for us. The property manager was easy to get in touch with and able to arrange/find/explain anything we needed to make our stay better. The housekeeping and maintenance staff were also wonderful. The weather was absolutely perfect - we'd open the huge sliding glass doors all day and enjoyed the sights and sounds of the ocean - it's really fun to watch all boats and people enjoying the water (take binoculars!) The apartment is situated so that you look across the Bay of Banderas with the mountains beyond the water - it is a spectacular view and we did not want to leave!

Mexican stay

This property was stunningly beautiful. Many pools and a beach. Never busy. Gorgeous. We hired a chef and loved every meal. This place is tucked away and you would need a car. There is nothing within walking distance. We did have a friend of ours come to visit us for a few hours and they were not allowed in. Only property owners are allowed guests not renters. That was the only bummer of our stay. Everything else as top notch. Maria even scheduled our Covid tests in house so we did not have to deal with any of that. It's was an all around amazing stay!

Great private get away

We had a wonderful long weekend. Besides the initial 12 or so steps to get on to the property, the rest was wheelchair accessible for our son (all but top floor was one surface and there was a ramp to the pools and close to the beach). The views were amazing and the house was spotless.

Fantastic Trip Beautiful penthouse, excellent service, delicious food, huge terrace with private pool, great view and complete outdoor kitchen. Gated complex with 24/7 security, quiet and private still close to all type of activities/ tours in several nearby towns, great beaches for surfing and marina nearby, many restaurant choices from taquerias to gourmet food Nelly the property manager in Houston very responsive, she took care of all our needs from arranging private airport transportation to in-home covid test required for returning to US. We stayed at Four Seasons in Punta Mita two years ago paying almost double for 3 hotel rooms Overall five star rating from start to finish. Rod

Best Experience. Definitely recommend!

We loved this beautiful penthouse, the location, the service, the price! It was hard to leave. This is a private, quiet and secured complex close to nearby typical Mexican small towns to mingle with locals to ultra-luxurious resorts. Fishing, first class golf courses, dolphins and whales, snorkel, scuba, shopping, sightseeing, eco tours, you name it. There’s also a marina close by. We heard about all the wonderful restaurants in the area, but Rose Ellena food was so delicious that we barely ventured to dine outside. The staff is very friendly and accommodating for doing their jobs “behind the scenes.” The penthouse is so spacious and the terrace is huge with its own private pool, the view to die for. The actual property is very nice with numerous pools and a private beach all perfectly clean and never crowded , I cannot think of something that this place lacks to make a wonderful 5-Star care -free vacation from start to finish, we love Mexico and have been to many destinations but I can honestly say that this is now our favorite spot, we already booked for next year. Last but not least, Nelly the property manager in Houston is very professional, always available to answer questions before, during and after our stay, she arranged a private service at the airport which I highly recommend, It is kind of crazy at the airport, so luckily we did not have to deal with the unknown or wait to arrange transportation, on the return we had our Covid tests done at the airport for less than $25. Dream vacation !

We had a wonderful stay at Arena Blanca, the penthouse is luxurious, large and very comfortable, the kitchen and the terrace is very well equipped, everything is immaculately clean, we really appreciated the roof terrace with the amazing view, the complex is quiet and it is easy to have an intimate corner to relax and enjoy one of the 3 pools and spa, the beach is wonderful, the water is crystal clear and the beach is private. We very appreciated the service of the staff, in particular Blanca who came every day to do the immaculate housekeeping and to ensure our water supply, from Rosa our chef who cooked us typical Mexican dishes, it was delicious ! and from Nery who was in charge of maintenance. All the staff, porter, restaurant, security are extraordinary and friendly. We have rented a car, travel is easy and everything is a short distance away, Bucerias, Munta de Mita, Sayulita, we hardly ate outside, we preferred to enjoy the terrace with the pool. We did however spend some afternoon at wonderful Destiladeras beach, over there we can rent chairs and palapas, there is a restaurant and bar with services at your chair! The beach is long and flat just perfect for long walk. We booked with Nelly for our family vacation, we were 9, the penthouse was just perfect, thanks to Nelly for her excellent service and availability, we had to extend our stay by 2 days because of a flight delay, Nelly and the owners accommodated us very well, we are very happy and grateful. It was a dream vacation ... We will definitely return ;)

beautiful suite

We had a wonderful stay at Arena Blanca. The suite and complex are beautiful and very well maintained. The pictures represent the property perfectly. Dealing with the property manager was super easy, she was very helpful and responded right away. The rooftop Terrace with a small private pool was fantastic. The rooftop has an outdoor kitchen, dining table, bathroom, and lovely sitting area. In the pictures the seating area looks like it has fire pit, but it is just rocks, no fire. Still a great place to sit and relax. It was great to have so many spots to sit and take in the view. Though we loved the calm of the complex, it may not be for everyone. I believe there were only two other families renting when we were there, and it is in a remote area. The small town of La Cruz de Huanacaxtle is more for locals, with no real tourist attractions. We did book a driver to go up to Punta de Mita ($85.00 round trip) and it was worth it. Then a second driver to go to Puerta Vallarta ($140 RT) for dinner. With no Uber in this particular area it can get expensive. There is a small cafe downstairs, but the hours and food selection were minimal. The gym has a SPA attached but it was not open during our stay. A tip, stock up on groceries before you get to the complex, or else look into a car rental. This is a very peaceful low key complex, and it is what we prefer. We would definitely rent in the Arena Blanca in the future. Thanks for a great stay.

Loved it!

This place is so unique, a treat for body and soul, luxury combined with great service and hospitality. Our cook spoiled us every day with delicious meals and our housekeeper made sure to keep the place spotless, we had plans for several outings and excursions but we ended up spending most days and nights enjoying the amenities in the penthouse, the views are breathtaking especially from the upper terrace, having your own private pool is so nice. I cannot think of anything that this place lacks. From start to finish, Nelly the property manager was very professional and attentive.

PERFECT Vacation!

We absolutely loved the penthouse! We have been renting in Arena Blanca for the past 2 years, but that unit is not longer for rent. We came across #804 while still there, and they let us in when it was still under renovation. We could tell that they were not sparing money on furnishings and decoration - what really made us decide right away was the huge terrace and private pool. Months later when we walked in, we knew we had made the right decision. Very pleased - the photos don't do it justice! The price is higher than other units in the complex, but has many more amenities, and the penthouse the views are the best. Our housekeeper was great and kept everything clean and organized without being obtrusive. We love being halfway between Puerto Vallarta and Punta Mita away from crowds but close enough to explore south or north to other towns where you can mingle in local communities (our Spanish gets better and better!) A big thank you to Nelly the property manager, she is professional and easy to work with.

FANTASTIC!

We’ve travelled all over Mexico and Costa Rica, been to this area several times and I can honestly say that this penthouse unit has been so far the best. The views are amazing, it is professionally decorated and has all the amenities to never want to go anywhere else. We were 2 families and never felt crowded, it is open, spacious and immaculately clean. We spent most of the time on the huge terrace. The private pool is one of the highlights, the terrace has an outdoor kitchen, grill, outdoor living room, fire pit, bar and plenty of dining seating. All bedrooms are really nice but the master is the master! The complex is located along the Punta de Mita Corridor in a private setting and conveniently close to other towns and activities, restaurants, marina and shopping and only 25 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta airport. There are also grocery stores in close proximity but we rarely had to go because everything was brought to us, we decided to hire a cook, she prepared delicious Mexican and seafood dishes, also the complex has its own small restaurant for quick bites and the micheladas are the best! the menu prices were ridiculously low, we even thought they had made a mistake when they brought the tab, it is probably run by the Homeowners Association. We figured that there are only a handful of units that are available for rent, at times it seemed that the place was all to ourselves! The condo is so comfortable that we barely put our feet on the sand! Nelly the property manager was great to work with, she was always available before and during our stay, she arranged private airport transfers, a fishing excursion and golf for the guys. Very pleased, exceeded our expectations.

Best Penthouse I have stayed in

This penthouse was a pleasure and so fun to stay at. We have been to Puerto Vallarta a few times already and wanted to explore something on the outskirts and came across this place. It is away from the city but still a short drive away if you wanted to go into town for dinner, shopping or outdoor adventures. The penthouse looks brand new with the latest appliances and finishes throughout. Our favorite part was the terrace with a pool and grill and of course the majestic views. I can not speak highly enough of our cook that took care of us every day and whipped up some mouthwatering traditional Mexican dishes that are no where to be found here in the U.S. Nelly was a great help and always available if we had any questions. We will be coming back for more!
