This whitewashed cottage is positioned in the Isle of Wight village of Totland and can sleep eight people in four bedrooms.

Baytree Cottage is an attractive cottage located in the coastal village of Totland on the Isle of Wight. It boasts four bedrooms; a double, a twin and two ground floor twins, sleeping eight altogether. There is also a shower room, a ground floor bathroom, kitchen with breakfast room and living/dining room with open fire. To the outside is off-road parking for two cars, along with a large enclosed garden with lawned area, patio and furniture. Baytree Cottage promises a restful break with your loved ones. Please note: generous discount is available for the ferry, further information will be supplied upon booking.

Town: Totland is located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on the west side of the Isle of Wight's coast, offering visitors local shops and pubs. The award-winning beaches of both Totland and Colwell Bay offer a range of activities, whilst a footpath will take you to Freshwater in ten minutes, where you will find its golf course and public swimming pool. Take a chair lift from Alum Bay and enjoy some of the views across the sand cliffs to the famous 'Needles' chalk stacks and lighthouse beyond, or explore the castle and harbour at Yarmouth.

Easter at Baytree Cottage

Everything about the holiday was lovely at Baytree Cottage and we really enjoyed our time. The owners have made sure it is family friendly. The only criticism is that on Sykes summary information it said there was a generous ferry discount on asking they said they do not offer that. Disappointing to say the least as cost us over £500 for 2 cars. Needs to be addressed with Sykes.
