New appliances, granite counters and baths, central air ,WiFi, DVD, flat screen HD TV's, washer, dryer, 4 ceiling fans, vaulted ceiling in family room leading to slider onto raised deck, complete with table, chairs and umbrella. Ready for cocktail hour?
One block to the ocean and views of the bay 9 houses away, Bayview Park just steps away. Ideal for small children with fenced in swimming area with lifeguard on duty. Plus free concerts under new gazebo and playground with paddle board and wind surfing rentals.
Private backyard with large gas grill, picnic table with benches and teak sitting area. Outdoor enclosed shower with changing area. Great views of the beautiful sunset at the end of the street.
Many great area restaurants, miniature golf, pizza and Skipper Dipper ice cream across from the Acme, all within walking distance. Take the free shuttle buses to Fantasy Island to enjoy shopping, water park, amusement park with rides and even more restaurants! NO PETS. Cats, dogs, or any other pets are strictly prohibited from being on the property. Violation will result in Tenant's immediate eviction from the property with loss of security deposit and no rent refund.
