Corner house; Spacious first floor apt. located across from the ocean just steps from the beach. Could not get any Better...2 beach badges, outdoor grill, front porch glider relax, 2 decks front and back, there are chairs and in the back garage for your use save room in your car for you. Easy walk to the ocean and bay. The back garage is always open for your storage use. This is not a hotel, bring items you would need. The coolers can be placed in the back garage until you need them again to go home. Making your stay easier. Change over time is: 11:00 AM Saturday and entry time is at 2:00 PM, please enjoy the Rest and Relaxation of the Charming Original wood paneling from 1960's. (Pet-Friendly!). About 500 feet from water/waves. The only things you need is FOOD, Bed SHEETS and TOWELS and toilet paper, etc. If You move it Please put it back where you found it. Sorry for the price update: prices rise due to Insurance, Taxes, Utilities, fixes and Stealing (plenty this year 2024). It is got to stop some where. will charge you. The next stealing I will take your security deposit to replace the objects. The kids removing batteries and replacing them with old batteries! Check you kids toys, please. I'm getting tired of this crap and pots are to be used on the stove not the grill. Metal utensils for the grill not the plastic ones, think! The stealing needs to Stop, the prices will keep Rising, cost to replace the items. Kids are stealing batteries and replace them with old ones and people stealing like measuring cups and other utensils and knifes and cutting boards, this is my winter Home not you're to abuse if i did this at your house you be upset; Stealing is wrong I live here in the winter.

Great beach access

The house was clean and comfortable. Perfect for families looking to have very close access to the beach. We also enjoyed having access to a covered porch, so in bad weather we could still sit outside.

Never Again!

Let me start by saying that my husband and I own a beach house in NC. We needed a place to stay for a family event in LBI. In our NC home we paid a cleaning service to clean our home after renters left our home. We were charged a cleaning fee for this lbi home and it was apparent that this home is not properly cleaned. The home was at best is dirty and shabby, filled with dust, and horrific furniture. The pillows were yellow. Fans and a/c filled with dust. We had to buy extra sheets to cover all furniture. Old stuff all over as though a hoarder lived here. The only saving grace was the homes perfect location to the beach and its parking spots. We took photos of the home before we settled it. Fridge freezer still had food and ice cream in it. Mold on bathroom mats. If you read the cleaning instructions it’s obvious that they charge a cleaning fee but the renters are really doing the cleaners

Great family vacation spot.

Big comfortable home right across from be beach. Marian is a great host and replies to questions quickly. We have stayed multiple times and always enjoy our stay. It’s great to have the pups with us and we all love the porch.

Wedding week end

The property was adequate for the 8 of us. The closeness to the beach is definitely a plus as was the off-street parking. There was a little confusion concerning the need for bed linens but that was resolved prior to our trip. The host had changed her site info and we did not realize we needed to bring toilet paper. A private email to the host with my comments was not received well and her husband sent an unpleasant response.

Perfect location and nice amenities

Everything was comfortable and timely. Location was perfect. Marian is wonderful and goes out of her way to make sure you are comfortable. Sadly the previous renters had literally swept sand under the rug and it just needed a good sweep/dusting.

Beach Vibes

Always a pleasure to stay at this home. It is steps from the ocean and on a quiet street. It is comfortable, convenient, and in a great location for stores, etc. Owner is responsive and helpful.

Great place to stay

Nice place very clean. It was a little outdated but comfortable. But bathroom fixtures need replacement and updated. But loved the closeness to beach.

—Great Location

—-Steps from the entrance to the beach, nice clean home with lots of rooms which easily sleeps 8 people. 2 Bathrooms which is great when the family is together.

Location, location

This is a typical Jersey shore house. Nothing fancy. This is probably the third time we have stayed. It is well stocked and located directly across from the beach. Best of all, we can bring our doggies with us. They love the front porch. The owner reply’s promptly to any questions. We had a great time.

Location-Location

The house is older and could use some updating but it had everything we needed. The best part was how close to the beach it is. The worst part was the very noisy people in the upstairs apartments(2).

Lovely vacation in Brant Beach

We had a great time! Plenty of room in the house. No problem with parking. Great location too. We also enjoyed having the two porches. A very quiet neighborhood which is a plus.

For Beach Lovers

Cross the street and you are standing on the sandy walkway to the beach. Lifeguard directly ahead at that street beach. The house is charming and comfortable, not one of the mega mansions but clean and fun.
