Corner house; Spacious first floor apt. located across from the ocean just steps from the beach. Could not get any Better...2 beach badges, outdoor grill, front porch glider relax, 2 decks front and back, there are chairs and in the back garage for your use save room in your car for you. Easy walk to the ocean and bay. The back garage is always open for your storage use. This is not a hotel, bring items you would need. The coolers can be placed in the back garage until you need them again to go home. Making your stay easier. Change over time is: 11:00 AM Saturday and entry time is at 2:00 PM, please enjoy the Rest and Relaxation of the Charming Original wood paneling from 1960's. (Pet-Friendly!). About 500 feet from water/waves. The only things you need is FOOD, Bed SHEETS and TOWELS and toilet paper, etc. If You move it Please put it back where you found it. Sorry for the price update: prices rise due to Insurance, Taxes, Utilities, fixes, replacements and stealing (plenty this year 2024 and 2025). It is got to stop some where. will charge you. The next stealing I will take your security deposit to replace the objects. The kids removing batteries and replacing them with old batteries! Check you kids toys, please. I'm getting tired of this crap and pots are to be used on the stove not the grill. Metal utensils for the grill not the plastic ones, think! The stealing needs to Stop, the prices will keep Rising, cost to replace the items. Kids are stealing batteries and replace them with old ones and people stealing like measuring cups and other utensils and knifes and cutting boards, this is my winter Home not you're to abuse if i did this at your house you be upset; Stealing is wrong I live here in the winter.
