Such an adorable place! Perfect for 2 people. Away from the crowds but super close to "the other side" of Florence. Magnificent restaurants and shopping, and a short walk to the Ponte Vecchio area. Make a reservation for La Giostra! Would absolutely stay here again.

We had a great stay, the view of the town was beautiful from the park right across the street and the area is calm and quiet. The city centre and restaurants are within walking distance. The host Rocco was great at checking in and asking if we needed anything to make our stay more comfortable. Would recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful visit to Florence.

Though the interior space was a bit small especially the kitchen and bathroom my wife and I felt comfortable once we adjusted to the size. We could have used two more towels given the length of our stay. The property had a small patio with table and two chairs that looked out onto a lovely yard. Though we were in the city it had the feel of being in the countryside. We were steps away from a small piazza and short walks from beautiful parks with fantastic views. We had a wonderful stay and our host Rocco was very responsive.

The house is tucked back in from the road,easy to walk to town. Kitchen was perfect for 2 people. I would recommend Rocco's place. Great Italian restaurant just down the street ( Spaccio) if you go to the right after lea ing the gates go up the street Amazing views of Florence and a fee other hidden treasures

We have been traveling to Europe together since high school 60 years ago. We’ve stayed in dozens of accommodations and this is in the top 5 of all our stays! Under the Stars is a haven. It’s hard to believe it’s only a 20-30 minute walk from the heart of Florence and just 5 minutes to the Piaza Michelangelo where you can enjoy stunning sunsets. The cottage was spotless and nestled in a lovely garden. It had everything you need for an enjoyable stay, including a washing machine! The bed was very comfortable. The nights got a little chilly and the pellet stove was warm and cozy. Our host was super, answering all our questions and made checking in a breeze. It was very fairly priced, especially for Florence. If you would like a tranquil haven minutes from all Florence has to offer, don’t hesitate to book!

A true oasis in Florence. Very close to everything, but still felt secluded and peaceful. The property was exceptionally clean, and the host, Rocco, was a pleasure to communicate with. We loved falling asleep under the stars and waking up with the sun and birds chirping out our window. We can’t recommend this place enough to anyone looking for incredible accommodations in Florence! We will be back that’s for sure!

Perfect little garden hideaway! Walking distance from literally EVERYTHING…lots of nearby restaurants and there’s a gelaterie like two blocks away. I visited daily. Rocco was a fantastic host and even was able to make me dinner reservations for my birthday for me. highly recommend!

What a wonderful private spot to stay. Close enough to walk anywhere, yet a quiet getaway from the crowds and noise. We did have some difficulty finding the entrance gate when we arrive - this was after a long day of travel and getting to know the street signs and so forth Italy though! Our host Rocco was extremely helpful and patient with all of our questions and was available so quickly! Also got some great recommendations for shopping. This is a great spot for a quiet retreat during a busy week in Florence!

Absolutely the best location! The beautiful surrounding gardens are truly an oasis that is extremely convenient to centro. Moist places are within walking distance. The Rose Garden is right across the street. A perfect place for a short stay. Two burner cooking convenient four simpler dishes. Rocco was a very responsive and very gracious host. Thank you for a pleasant stay with a free private parking spot in front of the apartment that is within the estate.
