Wonderful new suite with lift , terrace and view 200metres from Duomo square

Wonderful flat (35 sqm+sqm 8 of terrace) situated in the historic centre of Florence (in the restricted traffic zone), only 100 meters from the Duomo Square.

From the panoramic sun terrace and from the windows you have a beautiful view of the Santa Croce church.
The apartment is located on 4th floor (with lift) of an historical building and has been completely renovated in March 2016.

In few minutes walking you will reach: Piazza Duomo, Accademia Gallery, Uffizi Museum, Ponte Vecchio, Signoria square, Santa Croce Square etc.

Lovely stay in Florence with wonderful host

Comfortable apartment in great location. Emanuele was a wonderful host and took the time to highlight his favorite cafes, restaurants and sites on a map which we kept as a souvenir.

Well located, clean property

The apartment was clean and useful with a small kitchen. The manager explained how everything worked. The instructions in a three-binder helped as well. There are only two things we would mention that made it less than perfect: (1) The description says, correctly, that there is an elevator but neglects to say that one has to climb about twenty stairs to get to it; (2) the shower is very small and hard to navigate for an older person. Finally, it would help if there was a hook to hang things in the bathroom while taking a shower.

Fantastic apartment and location!!

Our host, Emmanuel, was extremely welcoming. His recommendations for restaurants and tips for site seeing were much appreciated! The apartment was immaculate, well equipped, and fantastic location central to EVERYTHING. If we are blessed with the opportunity to return to Florence, we would stay here again. Much appreciated

Located in historical centre: taxi/airport transfer unavailable.

The location is near all the sites. However it was impossible to get a taxi/transfer to airport to pick us up which caused us aggravation and stress. Unlike other appt in Europe, this one had no amenities, not even hand soap after travelling. Therefore, plan your stay in consequence.

Fantastic in every way

The location of this property couldn’t be more perfect; within easy walking distance of many of the key sites as well numerous restaurants. The property itself is lovely, clean and appointed with everything one needs for a comfortable stay. Emanuele was also incredibly helpful and quick to respond. I had a dental emergency and he made an appointment for me with a great local dentist who addressed the problem quickly and skillfully. Would absolutely stay here again. To

We had a wonderful stay at Emanuelle’s place. Perfect location to walk to everything. The apartment was clean and had a beautiful outdoor patio where we enjoyed a glass of wine at the end of our long days. Highly recommend this apartment while visiting Florence

One of the best VRBO experiences yet

Emmanuel was an incredible communicator and even upgraded our apartment when there was a small issue with another. Apartment was in amazing condition with all the amenities you’d need. Don’t hesitate to book this property, it’s a guaranteed great time. Emmanuel also took a lot of time to walk us through the best places to eat at. Highly highly recommend

Very cute!

Cute little apartment, well situated with comfortable bed. Only challenge was the stairs before the elevator - tricky with heavy suitcases - luckily, checking in we kindly had help thanks to Emanuele’s father. Otherwise a lovely stay.

Perfect location. Accommodation was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Emmanuel was flexible with our check in. We got lost walking from the train station but he was patiently waiting.

Great apartment and centrally located

This aparment looks just like the pictures. It's nice and clean, and fit a family of 3 just fine. Though it's many floors up, the elevator makes it easy to get up to especially with luggage. It was quite hot when we were there, so the AC was wonderful to have, and we only used the terrace early in the morning or evening, but it was really nice to have the outdoor space! You can walk to everything from here which was very nice. And even though there are bars and restaurants of the terrace side of the apt, it doesn't get too loud at all. The kitchen had everything we needed, though we were eating out every night so I never really cooked there. I would definitely recommend this place, and would stay there again when I come back to Florence!

Excellent location

Lovely little one bed apartment, just 2 minutes from the cathedral. Balcony has views towards the Santa Croce church and Piazzale Michelango to the south and is a nice place to relax after a long day sightseeing. Comfortable bed with chest of drawers and a wardrobe. There is a lift but there are 20 steps up from the street before you reach it. The air con was underpowered and the apartment in general could do with some paint and a freshen up but we would stay here again.

Fantastic location

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. Everything was as pictured. Warm cozy and clean. We really appreciated the lift and terrace! The location was amazing, we walked everywhere, although it was lively outside the apartment (we stayed over a weekend during the Euro cup) we didn't hear any noise inside the apartment. Plenty of sites to see nearby and places to eat or just grab a cappuccino! I recommend this place and would not hesitate to stay here again in the future. Thank you, Emanuele, for hosting us and for giving us great guidance on what the area has to offer!

Great location, great views

A nice apartment with an efficient set-up. Enjoyed the balcony and great location. Close to shops and not to close to tourist area. Easy walk to everything.
