It is located between San Marcuola stop and Rio Terà San Leonardo - walking distance from the train station and Piazzale Roma.
It consists of a living room with kitchen corner, 2 wide bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with showers and bidets.
Just renovated and with only 6 steps to get in.

Great location great for sharing!

Great location! Only 10 min walk from the train station and 1 min to water transit. Great apartment for sharing with 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. Host was excellent and responded to questions right away. I highly recommend this apartment for your vacation to Venice.

The apartment was very comfortable and clean. Very close to all that Venice has to offer! Irene answered all of our questions and concerns in a timely manner. We would definitely stay there again.

Far from the maddening crowds

Very comfortable and convenient with a neighborhood feel. It's at least a 25 min trek to St Mark's Sq from the apartment but it was worth it to be able to enjoy the less crowded areas. Great location with 2 food markets steps away, great eateries and cafes around. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Wonderful!

We loved this apartment! It’s so clean, beds are comfortable, kitchen has everything and bathrooms are plenty roomy! This apartment is the perfect location to walk everywhere!! The host was so helpful , polite, and had great recommendations!!

Perfect location and space

First - tough to figure out the Venice rubbish disposal process, and larger bedroom mattress is in need of replacement. Other than that - place was perfect for two couples first time in Venice. Quiet location close to everything and literally 20 seconds from nice grocery store. Would stay again

Amazing Trip!

This property is newly remodeled with all the amenities. Irene was so helpful. She answered all our questions, gave great recommendations and booked our water taxis for us. We had the best time. We will be back.

Modern, clean apartment in an excellent location.

Our group of 2 couples spent 5 days at Irene’s apartment. We found it to be very clean, nicely updated, with very comfortable beds. The location was excellent for us. Walking distance from the train station, just steps to the vaporetto stop, and in the midst of many excellent cafes and trattorias. This was an excellent area for starting and ending our days. Much calmer than the busier areas, and less crowded. We wouldn’t hesitate to rebook a stay at this lovely apartment, and highly recommend it to anyone planning a stay in Venice.

Irene, Was a great hostess! She kept in constant contact throughout our stay to make sure everything met up to our expectations. The property is located in a great location. Close to everything. If anything was a little further out, we enjoyed walking off all the great food we ate. We had a wonderful 4 day stay in Venice, especially with Irene’s suggestions. Location, location, location

We were in Veneto for over a week so being close to the train station, car rentals, and taxi stop was a Plus. We used all of them. The apartment is big enough for 4 people because of double beds in 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. The area is very quiet and close to good restaurants, not the tourist restaurants in the main way. Comms with manager was excellent

Venice short stay

We had a good visit to Venice. Irene was very helpful even though we never met in person. Everything was well explained by email and her detailed info booklet. Location was good, and we walked everywhere around Venice. Thanks Irene.

The Perfect Stay in Venice!

Irene was great communicating with us. She sent clear directions to the apartment and check in was a breeze. Just a short walk from the Alilaguna stop at Guglie and San Marcoula vaporetto stop is less than 1 minute walk. Beds were comfortable, great shower. The washer was a great plus. The best part is you are on a very quiet alley, but steps from a lovely, vibrant square! Coffee shops and markets within minutes. Highly recommend La Campane ristorante - go through to the garden in the back, so cute! We loved our stay.

A perfect place in Cannaregio

We couldn’t have had a better home away from home for our weeklong stay in Venice. A short walk from the train station following the clear instructions, we opened the door to a colorful, clean and perfectly equipped apartment. Located on a quiet alley, we were only steps away from a grocery store, market, bakeries and enotecas with delicious offerings. Only one block away from the San Marcuola stop, we were a vaporetto ride away from all that Venice offers. Thank you for sharing your Cannaregio home with us!

Il mio soggiorno è stato al di sopra di ogni aspettativa: l'appartamento molto spazioso, curatissimo nei dettagli, pulitissimo e in ordine, fornito di ogni comfort. È tutto organizzato in modo tale da far sentire l'ospite accolto e accudito e il personale è gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Un posto in cui ritornare sicuramente, considerata anche la sua posizione ottimale per qualsiasi spostamento.

Favoloso!! Zona tranquilla a pochi metri dal canal grande.

Everything was perfect! A wonderful trip! The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful area, but just a few steps from a main street. You can have breakfast or have an aperitif 1 minute walk from a fantastic Baccaro (Do Colonne, I recommend the fried cod) and 2-minute walk from an exquisite pastry shop (Nobile). A 2-minute walk away is Teatro Italia, a theater converted into a supermarket (incredible to say but it is worth visiting, it is a unique supermarket in the world) and the San Marcuola vaporetto stop is just 200 meters away. The room is large enough to accommodate a family. The interior is new and the house is very clean. Large wardrobe, king-size bed, spacious kitchen, stove and refrigerator, everything is perfect even for a long stay. Francesca, the hostess, was very kind, she recommended visits, restaurants and helped us not to fall into tourist traps. I don't think there are other beautiful places like this and especially at this price. Recommended for those who want to feel free to enjoy Venice, we will be back! 全てがペルフェット！これ以上ない素晴らしい旅でした！アパートは大通りから一本細道に入った閑静な場所にあります。徒歩１分でバカロ（鱈）の揚げパンが最高に美味しいバール、徒歩2分で最高のカプチーノとパスティチーニが楽しめるパスティッチェリアがあるので、朝食とアペリティーボに困ることはありません。徒歩2分もあれば歴史ある劇場を改装した美しいスーパーマーケットや、水上バスの駅に着くことができます。部屋は家族連れの方にも問題ない広さです。インテリアもおしゃれで、清掃専門の方がクリーニングも掃除も隅々まで完璧にしてくださるので、清潔そのもの。大きなクローゼット、キングサイズのベッド、広々としたキッチン、レンジ、冷蔵庫、全てが揃っているので長期の滞在でも不自由することはありません。何か困りごとがあれば責任者のフランチェスカ（イタリア語又は英語での会話が可能です）がすぐに対応してくれます。このお値段でこれ程良い条件のゲストハウスは他に無いと思います。ヴェネツィアを気軽に安心して楽しみたいという方に是非おすすめです！ È stato tutto perfetto! Un viaggio meraviglioso! L'appartamento si trova in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa, ma a pochi passi da una via principale. Si può fare colazione o prendere un aperitivo ad 1 minuto a piedi da un Baccaro fantastico (Do Colonne, consiglio il baccalà fritto) e 2 minuti a piedi da una squisita pasticceria (Nobile). A 2 minuti a piedi c’è Teatro Italia, un teatro trasformato in supermercato (incredibile a dirsi ma è da visitare, è un supermercato unico al mondo) e a 200 metri la fermata del vaporetto San Marcuola. La stanza è grande abbastanza da ospitare una famiglia. Gli interni sono nuovi e la casa è molto pulita. Ampio armadio, letto king-size, cucina spaziosa, piano cottura e frigorifero, è tutto perfetto anche per un lungo soggiorno. Francesca, la padrona di casa, è stata gentilissima, ci ha consigliato visite, ristoranti e aiutati a non cadere nei tranelli turistici. Non credo ci siano altri posti belli come questo.
