Amazing on every level! Check in and communication with the host was excellent. Easy to get to from the airport. The place was as advertised with air conditioning in every bedroom and a great balcony overlooking the canal. Great location with plenty of restaurants just outside the door on a less trafficked canal street. We walked to everything . Would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Venice!

Fantastic location in less touristy area. Great set up for two couples, kitchen has everything you could hope for. Great showers, comfortable beds, quiet neighbourhood, lovely deck to watch the goings-on of the canal.

We loved the balcony. Great spot for morning coffee and evening wine with family. Apartment is in great location. A few minutes walk from seeing beautiful sunsets. We appreciated how quiet it was even though located on canal. We highly recommend it!

Amazing apartment facing the canal, well located, very spacious with a full eat-in kitchen, clean, and very comfortable with well functioning a/c. We chose to often prepare our own meals in the apartment as supermarkets are nearby and enjoying the view of the canal and scenery while eating! Water bus stops are 2 min away taking you to plaza San Marco or to the train station for your next segment of your trip. The host Rita is responsive and helpful. She greeted us at the beginning of our stay to welcome us.Definitely a place to return again.

We had a great stay here. It’s away from the crowds but still walking distance to everything. The apartment is huge and the view from the balcony is amazing. Will definitely return.

This apartment was perfect in every way for our family of 5 and added to the magic of our adventures in Venice! The location is perfect! It is right by the Guglie water taxi bus stop and an easy walk to the train station! The apartment was clean, cozy and so charming. And that view was spectacular! Convenient to local eateries to grab a cappuccino and pastry in the morning - or a cocktail in the evening! If we are ever in Venice again - this will definitely be where we will stay. Thank you to Chiara for being so lovely to welcome us to Venice when we arrived!

The apartment was wonderful. It is very spacious and clean. The owner has stocked the flat with everything that one could possibly need. The location was fantastic, close to the water bus, restaurants and stores.

The place was charming, very clean. The location is excellent on a canal served by vaporetto with many restaurants and near shops. Easy to get here from bus or train either walking or by vaporetto. Host was responsive. We would gladly stay here again on a return trip to Venice.

The location is just 10 minutes to the train station. Close to all conveniences to stock your fridge here! Great restaurants at your doorstep. It is in a spot that is quiet at night yet close enough to everything.Our host was very helpful.We will be back

Our host Rita was very helpful in getting us settled in. The apt was very homey with most amenities you would need. Would stay here again- if in the area.

Perfect spot for our group! Gorgeous location on the canal, vaporetto stop just a few steps away, several restaurants within a short distance. The rooms were generously sized, two full bathrooms with modern fixtures. Honestly, can’t think of a thing to improve upon. Easy check-in and communication with the owners. Would definitely stay here again.

Such a great neighborhood and great cafes and restaurants just outside the door. Better than expected apartment, fantastic balcony overlooking the canal, and well appointed — felt like home. We had two teens and the two of us and worked out perfectly

This apartment is beautiful, clean and safe. We loved the location, so accessible to everything. The host was lovely, snacks set out for us upon arrival. The showers worked beautifully, the beds were very comfortable and also had luggage storage available for our last day in checkout. My favourite part was sitting out on the balcony with my morning coffee.

Dreamy beautiful location so quiet and peaceful. The home was spotless and comfortable with everything we needed. We changed our itinerary to stay within the availability and it did not disappoint! Easy walk when we went to the train station and on the route for boat from the airport. Would highly recommend to anyone coming to Venice and we hope to come back some day :)

Rita our host met us and was delightful and very helpful. The accommodation was very clean and it had everything you could need in the kitchen with coffee and breakfast items left for us. It is in a really good location, close to some amazing restaurants and within walking distance of the Rialto bridge. Very Venetian feel and the balcony was an amazing place to watch everything going on up and down the canal. Would recommend this place to stay!

Loved the location with 15 min easy walk to train station. Enjoyed having quieter neighborhood with fewer tourists, but still plenty of cafes and osterias. Appreciated having 2 bathrooms, functional living room, took family pics on balcony! Would absolutely stay again
