Great location in the San Marco area. Apartment was exactly as advertised. Very pleased with accommodations. The host was fabulous, answer all questions and helping with suggestions. Highly recommend this property.

Wonderful host an s apt on the 3rd floor in the centre of Venice — close to the grocery store, Grand Canal, Rialto Bridge and St Mark’s Square. Kitchen was stocked with everything one could need, including coffee.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was our first time in Italy. The apartment was perfect. It is close to everything and all that you need for a visit. We were very pleased.

Had a wonderful stay in this apartment! It’s located in a great neighborhood right in the heart of Venice. Lots of great restaurants and shops are located within a one minute walk and very close to the San Angelo boat stop and really close to a gondola stop. What you see in the pictures is what you get.

We had a wonderful stay in Venice! The place was comfortable, clean, and a great base for exploring this beautiful city. Everything went smoothly, and we truly enjoyed our time here. A fantastic experience overall, and we would happily recommend this stay to anyone visiting Venice. Five stars!

We were greeted at the boat at 11:00 by Mrs Tania who escorted us to the apartment, about 8-10 minutes away. She signed us in, kept our luggage, explained the apartment (wifi, etc.), gave us our keys and sent us off to explore Venice while she finished her job there.We had a fabulous day and when we finally found our way ‘home’, were totally comfortable and relaxed. Found a great restaurant on the next block for dinner. All was perfect (except trying to figure out the coffee maker!).We would be delighted to stay again!

Right in the heart of San Marco, this air conditioned apartment is perfect for those looking to be out of the house exploring Venice by day, and have a sound sleep to repeat the adventures the next day! We appreciated the constant communication by the host.

Make sure you research ahead of time the vaporetto schedule if you will be late!! We came during the heat wave so the AC was wonderful!!! It’s a wonderful place for the heart of Venice. Grocery store just outside to the left! Host correct quickly any thing we needed.

Not impressed. Took a long walk to get there with our bags. Apartment only has air conditioning in living room and main entrance, both bedrooms were extremely hot and humid. The bathroom tub had stains which looked dirty, shower head had mold, absolutely not worth our money. Host did not even leave us any complimentary water like some others do.

Thank you for your feed-back Steffi... Just to clarify, the apartment is located at less than 5 minutes walk from the closest boat stop. I suggest you follow our instructions next time, to have the best arrival experience. The AC works very well in the apartment and it´s fit to cool it properly, even in the challenging heat that we experienced this Summer. Sorry you feel it was not up to your standards. As for the bathtub, we regularly take care of the calc (not mould) but the water is hard in Venice so it may occur that you see some stains. We value your feed-back on this. Tap water is still very good to drink, so we prefer not to encourage drinking bottled water, for the sake of the environment. On the other hand, we greet our customers with a small box of Tiramisu cookies, locally produced. We hope they appreciate tasting something typical. I hope you enjoy your next stop in Italy.

Yes, the AC was effective and helpful. The apartment was clean and beds were comfortable.And check-in with Mrs. Tania and her son, Daniel who met us at the water taxi dock, was great- they were so friendly and helpful.Centrally located and easy to walk everywhere.Grazie for an amazing experience!

Great stay. Unit just as described: comfortable and well outfitted. We enjoyed learn to make coffee with à Moka pot. Well located in a quiet spot but very close to a market and easy walk to most attractions. We would rent here again.

Worst check in experience in my life. The host sent a surprise location to meet the night before which changed our transfer routing from the train station. It took nearly two hours to get into the apartment. When we went to late dinner that night, neither key worked properly to access the building door or the apartment door.

Fantastic apartment, super clean and modern. Worked out perfect for the 5 of us. Could not have been more happy with the location. It is also right next to a very nice grocery store where you can stock up on anything you need as well as wine and beverages. The hosts were super helpful and answered questions and provided tips for us. I highly recommend this place!
