Lovely Lake Front Getaway

Cozy 4 bedroom water front home with access to Center Hill Lake. Flexible floor plan that accommodates small or large gatherings, with bedrooms and baths on all 3 floors. Master bedroom has separate water heater for bath and its own hvac system. Washer and dryer are furnished. Fully equipped kitchen and large deck with a grill and plenty of outdoor seating.
It's a great place to relax, head out on the lake or visit our local waterfalls.

Relaxing stay

Tennessee Falls Tour Getaway

Loved our time at the lake. We spent a lot of time on the porch, enjoying the views. Kitchen was stocked for us to prepare our own meals, which is a plus.

This is our fourth time staying here. The kitchen is well stocked. We were there for Thanksgiving and I was able to make an entire turkey dinner with ease. The deck and view of the lake is lovely. We especially enjoyed having three full bathrooms. The home is located down a narrow and steep road so be prepared for that. You do need to drive a bit to get to a grocery store or restaurant. the neighbors were quiet and overall we had a great time.

Long weekend

My wife and I stayed for a long weekend boating trip. The home was perfect. Its well stocked with everything you need. The outdoor space was outstanding, loved tge experience.

Great Log Weekend!!

Great location near Cummins Falls, Burgess Falls, and Window Cliffs State Parks. Close to Cookeville for restaurants and groceries. Lovely view of the lake. Great for families.

Perfect Getaway

Lake house was perfect and had everything we needed. Owners were very responsive and accommodating to an unexpected last minute request. We would definitely stay again. View was beautiful

Relaxing Lake Getaway

We loved staying here. We loved all the room I. The house but the spacious deck and lake view was wonderful! The master bedroom on the top floor even had deck to sit and enjoy morning coffee. One highlight of the trip was using the fire pit to make s'more's. We also loved the convenience of being so close to Cookville for restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Family time

We needed a place to meet up with kids and grandkids to have our late after Christmas time with them. The size of the place was perfect for everyone to have their own rooms.

Friend Getaway

Everything was was provided for us and very accommodating. The place was so lovely and enough space for all of us. We each had our own level in the house. The hosts were very responsive and made the whole process so easy from check in to check out. We will definitely be staying here again!

Beautiful Home

My family and I traveled from Florida to Tennessee to visit my grandmother who is very sick. This home was a perfect escape at the end of each day. I highly recommend this property.

Absolutely beautiful views of the lake from the deck. The house is very nice and the kitchen is extremely well appointed. Three full bathrooms is a huge bonus. We had a wonderful family Thanksgiving here for the second year in a row!

We are a family from middle Tennessee who loves Centerhill Lake.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

We wanted a property that we could wake in the mornings and have coffee looking out at the water and in the afternoons walk our kayaks down to the shore to put in or launch our boat without having to go to a busy marina. We haven't found a prettier Lake with it's clean water and pristine shoreline with no docks and it just feels like you are out on a "mountain lake".
