Brand new kitchen with all the stainless appliances, gadgets and utensils to make those fabulous meals. Two bedrooms with comfy queen sized beds and new linens. New marble bathroom spotlessly clean and bright. Hardwood floors throughout, wood blinds and simple uncluttered decor. Xfinity high speed internet, Comcast HDTV with all the channels and DVR. Laundry has large capacity machines with detergent supplied for those short term stays. Covered parking and plenty of off street parking. This is your sanctuary after a long day out exploring!

Nob Hill Rental

This place was just as advertised - very clean and quiet with super comfortable beds and linens. The kitchen had everything we needed.

Great location near senior living building

While the description about the location could definitely be more clear, once we found it and got in, it was just what we needed, as expected. It is the third unit away from the street, not visible from where we parked. The security gate was accidentally locked, so we couldn’t get in per the directions, but a someone was sent over to let us in. An honest mistake, im sure!

Our child attends UNM and each year we need to move her home for the summer. The home was clean, close to campus and well stocked.

Nob Hill simplicity and convenience

A charming 2BR location to stay while exploring Albuquerque. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Covered parking space and open patio area very nice to have. Owner kindly communicates with visitors. We look forward to coming back in the future.

Albuquerque fun

House was just right for two woman for the week, owner was helpful with accommodation and even brought us chairs from another property. A little tricky with parking in the rear but we figured it out.

Clean, convenient and great location

We had a very enjoyable stay and Doug was easy to communicate with. The neighborhood is walkable and close to some great spots (brewery, coffee...etc). Would highly recommend.

A Wonderful Rental in ABQ!

My friend and I booked this rental to stay at while we worked remotely/vacationed in ABQ for 2+ Weeks. It was a wonderful little home and was exactly what we needed! The property was very clean and in a great location, with easy access to grocery stores and restaurants/entertainment. With Doug as the property manager, you could not go wrong with booking this place for your next stay in New Mexico!

Just right!

My sister and I stayed for 2 months while she had chemo and radiation nearby. It suited our needs perfectly. Everything you need is provided to include soaps and spices. Mattress, pillows and linens are wonderful. Located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to Sprouts, Walgreens, Walmart and central Ave shops. Nice small fenced backyard and on premises W/D. Would definitely stay again.

Clean, convenient and close to what we needed.

We were there for business and gone all day. We needed a place to do paperwork come the evening. The dining room table was in a very dark corner with no appropriate lighting. The kitchen was really well lit by contrast. The picture showed outdoor lounging area but it was a common area in front of another apartment. Lastly, we needed one more bathroom, so that was my fault for not paying enough attention. The best part was covered, off-street parking! I have a new truck and it was full of tools, so that gave me piece of mind.

Great Place

This property in Albuquerque was well maintained, clean, updated and in a very good location. The neighborhood was quiet and the back yard protected from the wind. Easy access to shopping, restaurants, parks, and downtown. Enjoyed staying here. The owner was very responsive and answered questions promptly. Would stay here again.

Couldn't have been better!

Terrific place to stay in Albuquerque. Within walking distance of the best coffee house in town (Humble) and easy to drive to the Rio Grande or up to the trails North of the city. The neighborhood is very walkable, with charm to spare. Definitely plan to be back.

Great Stay in Nob Hill

We had a great stay at this property - beautiful tile bath, high quality beds and linens, and perfect proximity to Nob Hill restaurants and shopping. We're looking forward to coming back in Spring 2020!

Very nice place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this townhome. It was very clean and up-to-date. The neighborhood was convenient and nice. Kitchen was well equipped. The large smart tv was awesome.

Balloon Festival rental.

Enjoyed our stay in unit 327. Doug was very helpful. Unit was extremely clean and convenient. Would definitely stay again or suggest it to anyone.

Great Place to stay during the Balloon Fiesta

We stayed here the first weekend of the Balloon Fiesta. Even though this property wasn't right by the balloon park, everywhere we needed to go was a convenient drive! We didn't experience any real traffic and getting around was easy. We were only 8 minutes away from the the shuttle stop to the balloon fiesta, which is the best way to travel to the event. Numerous good restaurants and other businesses were nearby the property. The airport was only 10 minutes away. Property Instructions were clear and easy to follow. The property was clean and just the right size for us and our adult daughter. This means that there was plenty of room and we didn't get in each other's way. An overall great stay! We would stay here again if we return to Albuquerque.

Clean and comfortable house

House was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Everything was clear and communications with the property manager was excellent. The neighborhood just around if fine, but it is so so a few blocks away.

We Loved This Place!

We loved this home-away-from-home for nine days! Beautiful, clean place in a nice neighborhood. The well-stocked cooking items & private back yard with grill added to the convenience and hominess. Doug’s was a great host, answering all questions we had promptly. We will definitely stay again when we need a place in Albuquerque.

Great value and location

The property was as described and shown. It was very clean and comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet and walkable. Many restaurants were nearby, and two yoga studios were within walking distance. Doug responded promptly to our requests and made us feel welcome. We will book again when we come to Albuquerque.
