4 stars is a bit generous, but it met most our needs!

* None of the TVs worked upon arrival. People had unplugged cables and HDMI cords. We got all 3 sorta working, but there was certainly not Xfinity HD channels as advertised and one was remote dead, we had to purchase batteries. The ceiling light/fan in the master not working. If you wanted the fan, you had to sleep with the light on. This remote was also dead or possibly broken. We purchased batteries out of pocket as well. It was unbearably hot and difficult to sleep the first 2 nights until the overnight temps sunk. It would have been nice to have beach towels provided, but I understand most rentals do not necessarily provide. The barn door for kids bedroom was exceptionally hard to keep on the track. Cleanliness overall was a 4, the fact the dishes were all put away wet with food particles still stuck to them was a gross out & the reason for a 3 rating. We give an overall rating of 4 because we did not contact the property manager with our concerns at any point in time. One we didn’t want to be disturbed, and two we were not at all confident anyone coming out would actually be able to fix the TVs and master bedroom fan same day. It felt like it would be more hassle than it was worth and we didn’t want family time interrupted

Nice view, great location, but that's all this place had to offer us

- Although it's across the street from the beach, the room was high enough that it offered a nice view of the beach and ocean - If you like being in the hustle and bustle of things where you can walk almost everywhere and feel like you're in the midst of a constant spring-break-like atmosphere, this is the place. If you're looking for a quiet, romantic place, this area of town/this condo is not it, IMO - The owner was responsive, but that's where the pros of the individual condo unit end. The whole time we were at the condo, 5 nights, problems plagued us. Although the owner was very responsive, my issue was, where was the pro-activeness? And, 2) there were huge oversights by housekeeping and property management that should have been taken care of BEFORE we arrived at the property. I'll address a few here: - The first issue that plagued us upon our arrival was a toilet that did not work properly, simply bc of what appeared to be a hardware issue. The toilet continually ran bc the chain in the tank was too long and therefore was getting stuck under the flapper/seal. Little did I know the first thing I was going to be doing on my vacay was to investigate the toilet bowl problem. Again, the owner was very responsive, but how in the world did this go unnoticed in the first place? And we had 8 people in the condo with the use of one toilet. - The cleanliness, or lack thereof, was the worst I've seen of any rental I've ever been in. The fridge/freezer had remnants of old food and was so rusted in places that the rust leaked/stained. And at best, the fridge temp, even at the lowest setting, seemed to be just above room temperature. I bought a gallon of milk but wouldn't even drink it bc it was just over lukewarm temp. - Ambiance/decorating: the unit has potential. Aside from the out-of-place look of the countertop and need-to-go fridge, the place was cute. - The owner and I did text back and forth a few times and she did say she would immediately get with housekeeping and property mgmt about the problems. She sounded sincere. But all I can speak to is my experience from early June 2022. - What astounded me more than anything was the complete lack of oversight of what was in the cabinets/drawers. An obviously shattered glass and an even more shattered blender are just a couple of the unsafe items that awaited us. Plus, the inside of the drawers looked like it had been months since they had been cleaned, which provided us with even more unpleasantness.

This is just what my family and I needed to reset. Our host was so nice and answered questions promptly. We would definitely stay here over and over again.

Overall good

I was under the impression that checkin was at 4 but in actuality the room is not guaranteed until 6pm. Secondly the couch was stained and required a sheet to cover it as well as one of the chairs was broken. Overall it was a good stay. The owner was very accessible with any concern and responded very quickly.

Beautiful Room.

We loved our room and it has a great view of the ocean... we did not care for the location though. This room is on the south side, the parking garage for guests is on the North side. So there is no good way to get to the room. I would suggest some more pans, skillets, and baking sheets for the kitchen (potholders would be nice too) as it was very difficult to cook. We had a little trouble getting checked in, but the owner was very quick to respond to my question and get the problem resolved. As for the resort, it is very nice. I just don't think it is worth the cost, especially for being across the street from the beach. And, there is one security guard that was very unwilling to help and gave us a hard time when we were trying to get our stuff loaded in our truck for check out. Instead of trying to help us, he followed us around and wrote down our vehicle information. I didn't appreciate the hassle from him. He also told me, during check in, that he didn't know where I needed to go to get my room code and that the front desk people didn't know what they were talking about. Hopefully the resort will get rid of him...after you spend that much money on a vacation, you don't want Barney Fife ruining your trip.

Had always thought this development was very nice but after staying there found it to be disappointi

Room was sparsely furnished. Kitchen was very lightly equipped. Beds were not very comfortable and room was not perfectly clean. Stains on the walls and ceilings. None of the TVs worked or at least we're not hooked up correctly. Will not stay here again.
