Beautiful 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo directly on the beach and emerald, blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico - beach chair service included (savings of $60/day)! Enjoy stunning sunsets & sunrises from your 13th floor patio, or enjoy a short stroll to the great shopping, dining, and family fun at Pier Park. There is one king size bedroom with a new cool technology memory foam mattress, and attached bath, one queen size bedroom, also with a new memory foam mattress and attached bath, and a 3rd bedroom that is a bunk bedroom with attached bath. Add in the Queen size sleeper sofa, and the condo spaciously sleeps 8. No carpet in this condo - new flooring! We are committed to providing the best maintained, cleanest unit on the beach! We spend many weeks here with our children and grandchildren! The amenities at Tidewater are world class! There is an indoor pool, 2 indoor spa tubs, indoor sauna and steam shower, work out room, theater, game room, 2 outdoor pools and 2 outdoor spa hot tubs. There is also a restaurant, convenience store, ice cream shop, and Starbucks! Tidewater Beach Resort is located a short 1/2 mile walk to some of the best shopping and dining on the Emerald Coast at Pier Park.

Tidewater Resort

Room was exactly as described clean, plenty of room, very family oriented resort. Amenities at resort were great. Beach chairs and umbrella was a huge plus.

Just as described!

We had an excellent stay! There was 6 of us and we all slept sound. The beds were comfy, the condo and resort was clean, and the amenities were plenty.

Great Condo

Nice accommodations, unfortunately there was construction while we were there and the pools were closed on and off during the week for maintenance. Nice to have chairs/beach service included. Overall we had a good stay.

Great stay

Condo was clean and super nice. Check in process was super easy. The only downside to the stay was the resort building had 4 out of the 7 elevators out of order when we arrived so everyone in the building had to share 3 elevators. Luckily, this was resolved by day 2 of our stay.

Great vacation.

The property was clean, great location. We loved staying here and would again. Property manager was great to respond to any questions. Elevators needs to be addressed. Overall, would stay here again.

Family Vacation

We had an absolute best time in PCB! Our condo was just as described! We felt like we were at home while there. If we ever go back with the same amount of people, I would definitely try and stay here again! Host was very clear with instructions prior to check-in, I did not have to reach put for any questions. We most definitely would recommend staying here!

room was great stay was wonderful over all, and the communication w/ the manager was great. only downfall of this entire stay was the elevators in the building. but it was great other than that!

Beach Vacation

Beautiful unit right on the beach. Owner very responsive/receptive to questions. Beach chair service very valuable/nice to have. Elevators did take a long time that is independent of the owner, glad to know regarding the elevator wait time ahead of time. Would stay here again.

Winter Retreat

The property was exactly as it showed in the pictures. The unit was clean. Unfortunately, there was only about 1/4 roll of toilet paper in bathroom and less than 1/2 roll of paper towels. Had we known, we would have brought our own, rather than running to the store as soon as we got there. The elevators in this building are very slow-so hopefully they will fix that. Very nice building, and clean unit, we would stay there again.

Beautiful beach and resort

The best part about this condo was the perfect location! Located within walking distance of Pier Park and ideal for the teenagers in our group who wanted to shop or go to the movies. The condo was as pictured and was furnished very nicely. An extra plus was that the owner was easy to work with. Paula answered all of our questions in a timely manner.

Amazing room!

The pictures do not do this condo justice. It was stunningly clean and spacious. We had 5 teenagers and 3 adults and we were comfortable the entire week. The condo had everything that the owner listed and her communication was fantastic. I will definitely be back to this condo.

Wonderful vacation spot!

Enjoyed the daily sunset from our balcony such a beautiful view! Very clean and well stocked; I was able to prepare a complete Easter dinner with pots, pans and utensils! Slept well each night ; we found the king bed very comfortable. Small leak noted from the bunk bathroom toilet,and it was attended to immediately by the owner. We had excellent communication and the problem was so quickly remedied. We loved the beach chair service and we found we loved our vacation because we had such a great unit!

Beautiful condo

We originally planned our stay around a softball tournament when my daughters team decided to cancel we used it as a opportunity to vacation. The condo was immaculate when we entered . It smelled amazing. The picture are a perfect representation. The view is beautiful. The owner obviously takes pride in their condo. If you are coming to Panama City with a small family I highly recommend.

Condo great but building issue not

The condo was wonderful and perfect for our family. The owner was incredible to work with and very kind answering all our questions. However the elevators with sometimes an hour wait time will keep us from staying here again. The building was not built to accommodate the number of condos and check in and check out were a mess with the parking garage

Great Choice but patience required!

The condo and beach were both very nice. Patience is needed if visiting during Spring Break more so than other condos we have been to. The elevators were stuffed full, sometimes not working, and generally hot and stuffy. As long as you go in ready to deal with that, then you will have a great time!

Peaceful

The stay was very peaceful. The owner was quick to answer any questions we had and address any concerns. The room was pretty clean. All furnishings were nice and updated. The only issues we had were with any loud noises, for instance a motorcycle went by, and it set off the alarm inside the room. This happened a few times and woke us up around 4 or 5 AM. The hotel itself needs some updating, especially the elevators. We had issues out of them the entire time we were there, and the elevator actually quit with us on it 3 times. However, this is not the owners fault. I would stay here again! Beautiful condo and view!

Elevators make it not worth it at all!!!!!

The place is beautiful, the room, the beach, the views, BUT the elevators ruin it all. We got there at 4pm and didn't make it to our room on the 13th floor until 5pm because of the elevators. They are super slow, half of the time not working. They were getting stuck. We took the stairs several time. We loved the placed but don't recommend to anyone, especially if you have kids.

We chose Tidewater for all the amenities that it provides. Two outdoor pools, two outdoor hot tubs, indoor pool, indoor hot tubs, sauna, restaurant, Starbucks, convenience store, Tikki Bar, theater, and so much more! We love to spend time walking along the beach! A short stroll to Pier Park and you are eating great food at the local restaurants, or spending leisure time shopping at the many unique stores.
