Lower floor like 3 is a must seeing elevator often broken or either long wait. Room was nice clean and roomy aside from some stains but that’s to be expected with so many renters. Air didn’t seem to work in master bedroom but we managed and didn’t mention to owner at the time of stay or perhaps they could have addressed it. Maybe it’ll be fixed for the next guest as we did mention on departure.. yes I’d stay at this condo again… the no more than 2 vehicles is a pain but a short walk from the overflow paid parking down the street isn’t that bad…

FRIENDS AND FAMILY BIKE WEEK

Jul 23 - 26, 2025 very good location 3rd floor with great views of lake. Private and relaxing.great place we slept 5 very comfortable. The only problem was the ice machine did not work

Great Experience

It was very clean and the views were great. There’s a lot of restaurants and things to do nearby, plus the beach is right across the street. I would stay here again.

Annual PCB Trip

Host was accommodating and allowed early check in as well as late check out due to family emergencies. The location was perfect and all amenities were as well.

Location was perfect. Loved being on the third floor with access to the parking garage. Room was nicely decorated with cute decor. The only complaint is there was a sewage smell in the front rooms and the master bedroom stayed incredibly hot the whole time. However, we did not report to management and just dealt with it. Would stay again.

There wasn't a regular coffee maker in room. Also the cooking utensils did seem to all be there. Other than those 2 items very clean

All resort fees are listed in multiple places in the listing before you book and we also send you multiple reminders after you book. The Parking fee is a resort fee that is out of our control and the norm for most resorts in PCB

LTW 333

Beautiful spacious and clean condo. Overlooked the lake. Great patio. Limited extra amenities and wish it included beach chairs and towels. But no complains overall. It was not peak season when we visited (third week in April) so pools and beach were not packed. No issues with slow elevators. Outside of complex looks run down but the condo was not at all. Property company was quick with communication and assistance!

Overbearing sewage smell upon entering unit. Smell coming from front bathroom. Messaged InJoy who said they would send someone out but nothing was done about it. Had to keep bathroom door closed with towel across bottom to keep the smell out of the entire unit. Floors were horribly filthy…kids feet were black from walking barefoot. Told that someone would come mop them but that never happened either. Dried food particles on kitchen faucet. There was dish soap provided but NO dish rag and only 1 dish towel. All the cooking utensils were broken, dishwasher had a bad odor to it and kitchen was very minimally stocked. There was not even a salt shaker so don’t plan on cooking! The beds were horribly uncomfortable and the pillows were only about 3 inches thick! Came in one evening to find a bubble on the wall in front bedroom with water running out of the bubble and down the wall. Master bedroom is terribly warm all of the time. In the front bathroom there was a panty liner from the crotch of a swimsuit stuck to the floor. The master shower was covered in mildew/mold and no soap of any kind was provided in the master bathroom. Bathroom door fell off hinges in kids bathroom. Furniture in living room was stained and furniture was pretty well worn out. No sheets were provided for the couch bed. Area rugs were FILTHY. Furniture on patio was literally rotting and breaking apart and cushions should’ve been thrown out/replaced years ago! Nothing at all like pics. Every surface was filthy!

Awesome

It needed more toilet paper not just one roll per bedroom. If you stay more than three days you should give more then that and also the pods for the dishwasher and that include the trash bags.We are already paying all that money to come and stay and you had to bring alone those essentials with you because you give only one of everything. You need to update the mattress. They are really hard if we have back problems that's a no go. Everything else was awesome.
