Relax on spacious front porch or grill on deck overlooking private back yard. Brand new outdoor shower!

Our family of 10 had a great time in Martha’s Vineyard and the house was the perfect home base! Central to everything and plenty of room for everybody. The kitchen was well equipped, the front porch was great, and the outdoor shower was a plus when we returned from a day at the beach with sandy children! The house was clean and exactly as listed.

We had a great family vacation in this house! It was comfortable, clean, in close proximity to beaches and towns, and we spent a lot of time on the lovely front porch. We would all recommend staying here!

Perfect hideaway!

Just 5 minutes from the action in Edgartown and a few more to get to South Beach. Very comfortable house with all the amenities.

MV vacation

Great house in a central location with easy access to beaches and biking trails. Good air conditioning for the hot days with a fully equipped kitchen for cooking in. Would recommend highly for any sized group.

Beach vacation

We had a wonderful vacation at Kathryn’s home. The house was very clean and spacious and easily fit our group of 9 which included young adults. The area is centrally located between South Beach and Vineyard Haven. I highly recommend!

comfortable , accessible location

Good place for my family and dogs. Easy access to Oak Bluffs, Edgartown, the Airport or going up island. The Y and Ice Arena are just down the road and there are great hiking and bike trails behind the high school. We had a great time

50th Anniversary celebration

Friends and family gathered for a week of celebration and exploring Martha’s Vineyard. The house accommodated all of us, especially sharing meals together providing plenty of space and comfort. Thanks to a wonderful hostess, Kathryn.

We had a great vacation on MV. Kathy is a gracious host. She went out of her way to be sure we enjoyed all of the many amenities she provided. Games,bikes, a great front porch, flowers everywhere, a fully stocked kitchen, and beach gear galore. Kathy provided the works for a great MV family vacation. Thanks Kathy.

Perfect location and setting

Kathleen's property was perfect for our large family group. The house is nestled in a very pretty, quiet neighborhood. The location was perfect; direct access to bike trail, conveniently located to get to anywhere on the island within minutes. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch at all times of the day as well as playing games around the tables on back deck/patio. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for our larger group. Would absolutely visit again.

Perfect Large House

We were on Martha’s Vineyard for a wedding and wanted a house large enough for my wife and I and our 4 adult sons, with spouses and girl friends. The layout of the house accommodated all of us in comfort. Plus the house was convenient to everything - Vineyard Haven, Oak Bluff and Edgartown. Made it feel like we had a house on the vineyard even if just for a few days.

Great home and location

I along with my guests want to commend Kathy on her lovely and warm home. I really appreciated her attention to details and amenities. Family trip to Martha’s Vineyard

We had a fantastic time in MV! This was our first time to the island and we had my 4 adults (my parents and my husband and I) and 2 kids (ages 3 & 1). This house was perfect. Proximity to Edgartown and Oak Bluffs was so great. The house was so spacious and clean. The amenities with all the kid friendly things (like pack n’ play and baby gates available plus all the beach chairs and toys) was really great and helpful to have on hand ready for us to use. Kathy was so amazing and helpful to all our questions! It was truly a great experience and would recommend as well as stay again if we make the trip back in the future! 😄

This property’s layout is perfect for families. There is plenty of space to come together and the layout gives guests the feeling of their own oasis within the home in each bedroom. Kathy was responsive and welcoming. Highly recommend for anyone that wants the convenience of being near different town centers.

Lovely well-appointed home in quiet neighborhood close enough to shopping beaches and dining but far enough to relax. It had everything we needed for an incredible stay! The hostess was easily accessible and very responsive to questions’. We would definitely recommend!

Island Time

The property was spacious in the living areas and never felt crowded. Porch, back yard and deck were all very adaptable for a large group. The overall experience was excellent especially with location close to the best beaches, bike paths and towns. Being in a quiet shaded neighborhood helped make it a calm getaway also. Would highly recommend it for a family group.

Enjoyed our stat

Tons of biking on the Vineyard

This was a great home base for our mixed group to explore the Vineyard by bike and then come home to hang out in a peaceful space. We especially enjoyed the back deck for breakfast and dinner. Thank you so much!

Long weekend with Friends

This place was perfect! My husband and I, along with 3 other couples stayed here for the long holiday weekend. It was clean and quiet. Kathy was a wonderfully responsive host. Hope to stay here again next time we are on the Vineyard.
