This beachside Townhome on the beach is over 1500 sq-ft. it is a 2 Story, 3 full baths, up stairs and down stairs living. Full kitchen, and all amenities, new sofas with covers towels etc. umbrella on back deck . Watch the sunsets while grilling out. NOT pet friendly : However there are reasonable pet boarding co. Near by . Step out from back deck to the beach . One bedroom has a king bed & the 2nd Bdr upstairs has a qn size bed. Down stairs there is a full size love seat bed and two couches, enough to sleep 6 -8 w/ kids only This town home is on the beach wake up to the sound of the waves and public access and tiki bar & Sand Bar across the street & Tiki right next door Currently updated all new flooring and tastefully remodeled .Cleaned with the Disinfectant . Grill and Umbrella on the back deck. Doors must be closed after opening due to the suction from the ocean . Garage closed available during “BIKE Week” only.
The Tiki bar is open from the beach .Beach accessories to the left at the beachcomber hotel. Where you will see chairs and umbrellas for rent. Steps to the beach from this unit. Ez 3 spaces :parking & located at the Y round about by City Hall which is convenient to access back beach Road. For backed up traffic. Minutes from all local restaurants Pier Park and across from Winn Dixie. All customers recieve 10 % discount when returning. Cameras for entrance for safety internet& comfort.

Fall Vacation

Had an awesome stay. Townhouse was easily accessible to restaurants and pier park. Host Brandy was very helpful with any questions that came an about. Will definitely book again.

Beach Time

Location right on the beach is excellent. Home is comfortable. We had a few issues that the property manager resolved quickly.

Perfect.

This property was exactly what we were looking for. We wanted to spend Christmas on the beach and this fit the bill. Located directly on the sand, we were able to hear the ocean and watch the sunset every night on the back deck. The condo was clean and cozy and felt like home. We had everything we needed to have a wonderful Christmas. Brandy, the owner, was very responsive regarding all our communications. 100% would recommend and will come again.

Relaxing at the beach

We had a wonderful, though short, stay at Panama City Beach. It seems the latest hurricane want to visit, so we went home early. While we were there, we enjoyed the deck that fed right out onto the beach. Parking by the front door was so nice for unloading and packing to leave. We were far enough away from the strip to avoid the crowds and traffic, but close enough to step out for meals and entertainment. I would recommend staying here to anyone looking for a relaxing stay.

Great Location and Great Property

Was looking for something like this, easy access to a not so crowded beautiful beach. The view was incredible and the host was very helpful. We made some suggestions on how to reduce any sand getting into the apartment that would assist the host in keeping it cleaner. But the quality of the interior was first class. Very close to everything which we really enjoyed. We hope to return to the area next year.

Dream birthday vacation with the kids on fhe beach!

The grill, the patio, the bedrooms, the view form the master bedroom windows, proximity to pier park, and most important part... walking out the back door and there is the beach! It was amazing! The breakfast grill was missing so the owner drove over to give us a new one from store! A real wonderful experience to rent this place! Such good communication, and great accommodations! Will be going again soon for a return trip! I only wanna book this place!Me and my kid share the same birthday so we all wnet down here to celebrate it along with te younger kid. Perfect Getaway. Beautiful location!!

Gorgeous views of the ocean, with direct access to the beach. Near main attractions, but far enough away for a quiet night sleep. Home is very clean, and stocked with everything you will need in the kitchen. Communication with owner was wonderful and she was fast to respond. She went over and above to make our vacation wonderful and it was greatly appreciated. Definitely will be back!!

Well located for a beach vacation

The property was nice, clean and had easy access to the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a grocery right across the street. Traffic is a pain in PCB so it takes a little while to get down to the no beach activities and restaurants. The listing is accurate and surpassed my expectations.

Location

This townhome is in a great location. It’s more on the end of the strip instead of right in the middle where there are many more people. We had a great time staying in the townhome. Brandy was great with communication.

Beautiful property on the beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay in this super cute condo! Directly on the beach with everything you need! Just ateps away from the sand and water every morning! I can’t say enough about how well equipped the condo was and how clean everything was when we arrived! Brandy was extremely communicative with us well before we arrived and made sure we had everything we needed. My kids loved being so close and having the master bedroom upstairs with the big windows was so beautiful! We will for sure be back to stay again!

Beautiful, easy access, great time!

Amenities were great. Master bed could be replaced as it was very creaky. Guest bedroom could use thicker blinds to block out heat and sun. The one thing the place didn’t have was a dustpan. Otherwise just as expected and comparable to the other townhomes we’ve rented. Great stay overall.

Convenient!!!

Brandy was awesome throughout our entire renting process! I had mistakenly left off one night and reached our to her very late night the night before we were supposed to check out and she was able to extend our stay for us one more night! We LOVED how close we were to the water! It was super convenient getting to the beach with a ton of stuff for our 6 year old! Also, having our car right outside the front door was very nice! It made packing and unpacking a breeze! We will definitely stay here again!! It was our favorite place we have stayed!

Perfect location

This was our first time in PCB. This condo as a whole is beautiful and the location is absolutely perfect. The only issue we had were the floors really need a good deep clean. They felt grimy so we wore sandals downstairs. One of us spilt a water bottle on the floor in the kitchen and used a paper towel to clean it up and it was BLACK. Other than that, it was a great stay and we will definitely be back.

Family vacation

Waking up to the waves and the beach front dream view while sipping coffee right on the back deck just steps away from the ocean waves.
Flip flops into the sand right off the back deck is the most convenient.

I was looking for a beach front property for a while. After finding this one and updating the decor, it has been exactly what we always wanted. We love it when we are able to get down to enjoy it. it’s the beachfront dream while watching the sun go down and relaxing on the beach.

Sitting on the back deck watching the sunrise and shine morning to night is so beautiful on the water.
